Ducett is een topbedrijf als het om sieraden gaat

Ducett levert mooie persoonlijke sieraden voor een betaalbare prijs.
Website is duidelijk en bestellen niet moeilijk.
Je wordt goed op de hoogte gehouden van de status van jouw bestelling.
Voor service kan je ook goed bij hen terecht (dank aan Lisa die zeer correct en positief dit oppakt).
Reageren snel op e-mail.
Ducett is echt een aanrader om sieraden bij te bestellen.
Van mij kunnen ze (als cadeau voor mijn vrouw) zeker nog eens een bestelling ontvangen.
Menige webwinkel zou een voorbeeld aan Ducett kunnen nemen.

I’ve placed order in November 2025 and


I’ve placed order in November 2025 and now it’s January 2026. Unfortunately I didn’t received my order as I was waiting for it for a very long time. What’s most disappointing is that nobody doesn’t respond to my email. I’ve paid almost £60 which is a lot of money for some people. This money doesn’t grow on the tree. I need immediate refund please if I won’t hear anything back I will contact lawyers in Netherlands as im very upset and disappointed. It’s about customer service and trust.

Ducett is a beautiful brand, every piece is personal. Delivery is fast and there customer service is incredible, I would totally recommend this brand and company to others, I have brought from Ducett multiple times.

Verloren pakketje en geen communicatie tussen elkaar

Op 15 december mijn bestelling geplaatst en op 17 december melding gekregen dat het geleverd was, jammer genoeg het pakketje nooit ontvangen.

Op 18 december dan een mail gestuurd waar ik geen antwoord op gekregen had, zaterdag dan opnieuw een mail gesruurd waar ik wel antwoord op gekregen had en hier binnen het uur op geantwoord met als resultaat weer geen antwoore gehad te hebben. het weekend dan afgewacht tot maandag en nog steeds geen antwoord. Nogmaals een mail gestuurd met de hoop dat er nu wel geantwoord word maar voorlopig geen succes.

Bestelling was voorzien als cadeau voor kerst maar dat kan ik nu wel vergeten.

Wat vervelend om te lezen dat dit zo is overgekomen — dat spijt ons oprecht 🀍
We begrijpen heel goed hoe teleurstellend dit is, zeker omdat de bestelling bedoeld was als kerstcadeau.

Inmiddels hebben we **samen contact gehad** en dit is gelukkig **direct opgelost** door **een nieuwe bestelling opnieuw te versturen**, zodat je niet langer hoefde te wachten. Het oorspronkelijke pakket bleek helaas zoekgeraakt bij de vervoerder, iets waar wij helaas geen invloed op hebben, maar waar we je uiteraard niet de dupe van willen laten zijn.

Nogmaals onze excuses voor de vertraging in de communicatie in die drukke periode rond kerst. We doen altijd ons uiterste best om iedereen zo snel mogelijk te helpen en zijn blij dat we dit uiteindelijk samen netjes hebben kunnen oplossen.

Dank je wel voor je feedback — dit nemen we zeker mee om onze service te blijven verbeteren.

Awesome bracelet, great service

I ordered their mesh bracelet and 5 charms and they arrived very quickly and are lovely! I ended up ordering more charms, some in the rose gold, which stands out really nicely with the silver bracelet and charms. When putting the stopper on I managed to break the elastic so I reached out to Ducett and asked if I could get another one as I didn't see them on their website for sale (2 came with the bracelet to start with) and they are sending me one to replace it for free! Now that's good customer service. I love my bracelet and all the charms have a special meaning.

Fantastische service en hele hele mooie sieraden echt top gewoon

Rubbish.the bracelet expands making it


Rubbish.the bracelet expands making it extremely difficult to get off and when you show ducett proof they make excuse of the stoppers arent in correct place and this is what caused it etc when infact they were pushed on but I was showing i couldnt get off hence why stoppers weren't fully on!.as not worth the money and I stated all the above that ducett got all offensive and then tried shift blaming.
The charms fade, lose colour and dont last.
Extremely disappointing

Based on the photos we received, we could see that the bracelet was not worn fully according to the instructions. The sliders were indeed in place, but the extra stopper was missing — and that stopper is essential to keep the bracelet secure and prevent it from moving or coming loose.

We’re also sorry to hear your comment about the charms fading. This was not visible in the photos you shared with us.

Omdat het er mooi uitziet, het doet niet voor zilver onder, het verkleurd niet het blijft heel mooi ik heb er nu twee keer wat besteld naar volle tevredenheid, heel blij mee.

Honest and trustworthy company

Honest company,listens to their customers. See my previous review. Due to a misunderstanding ( partly my fault) I have now received a replacement (coin) necklace and am extremely pleased with it. Its very pretty well made and looks of good quality.

Avoid!save your money

Not worth the money.the quality of the bracelet is very disappointing and could find better and cheaper and even proper silver.
The charms fade! The bracelet expanded by itself and ducett have the cheek to say I did it!! When its infact the poor quality that caused it. so couldnt even get off without force so not wearable and say sent new one which ive not had!! All ive had is lie after lie i wouldnt recommend or buy from this company again and stick to actual proper quality shops.
Chinese shops hahaha this quality is same as temu
Wouldn't waste your money.
Extremely upsetting.best part was the box arrived in.
I wish I hadnt bothered.

Hi Cathy, I’m sorry to see that you’re disappointed. You damaged your bracelet and we sent you a new one free of charge. Everything seemed fine until you suddenly saw a photo of a similar bracelet from a Chinese webshop, and then became frustrated. I don’t understand this reaction. The charms cannot even be purchased there, and while the bracelet may look similar, the quality is completely different. I hope that once you receive your new bracelet, you will enjoy wearing it again.
