Scam!! Charge my card and never sent product

Great product and looks fantastic when all set up…

I responded to a message regarding my purchase that it makes alot of noise and it isn’t supposed to. I never heard back. I would like to see how this can be resolved.

The product may be good if you get a perfectly operating unit. In my case, the fingerprint reader works intermittently and the process to get it fixed is beyond ridiculous. They send you the parts and it’s on you to fix it. They sent incomplete directions that only recover removing the fingerprint scanner by using a hammer and a piece of wood to dislodge the fingerprint scanner. If that doesn’t work there is no reasonable recourse, but to return to the unit to them and they will fix it and ship it back to you. They don’t replace the malfunctioning unit in advance. They don’t have any tools or process for you to reasonably fix it on your own. The customer service is wildly unhelpful. I would strongly consider looking at other options before purchasing from these guys for the risk of you have problems, it’s a painful process to deal with them. I’m trying to return the unit now, hopefully they’ll get be able to do that right.

few hours later i get email claiming there in short supply and trying to fob me off with another color i dont want.

After receiving our box, we wanted to return it right away. We’ve been dealing with return deflection tactics from this company for almost a month, telling us about the fees that we would have to pay if we returned it instead of being helpful in letting us return it almost $400. Would not recommend.

I got a nice watchwinder from Dukwin; good quality for a good price and quick and smooth delivery

I wanted a winder that was quiet, built well and matched our decor. Just having this product for a couple of weeks, it’s meeting all three needs so far. Hoping the good reviews that brought me to this purchase are trustworthy.

Absolutely stunning product, I ordered the 9 watch winder an I'm more than impressed, customer service were brilliant when I had an issue and responded quickly, shipping was very fast an packaging was really good.

I was thinking much more for the price. It Looks good….. however the quality inside the drawer could’ve been much better.

I received a dukwin watch winder for Christmas 2025. Within 1 day the fingerprint and door latch stopped working. Both my wife and I reached out multiple time to exchange and were given the runaround. Offered to swap out the fingerprint mechanism ourselves. Leaving one to wonder. If you know that mechanism is faulty, how many do you just swap and resale? Nonetheless, weeks later I’m still waiting on a new winder and a solution. Looks great, horrible service.

My first one arrived broken, clearly the box was destroyed, it was a shipping issue with UPS. Dukwin was very helpful, they got me a replacement and my husband is very happy.
