Can't rate an item I have not received due to the delivery service not delivering the package and being uncontactable.

My experience with Dukwin watch winder was great because watch winder is in good condition if was designed well with good functionality and looks great too! Dukwin is also great because if has a very quiet motor! Dukwin company as also been very kind to reach out too me to see if I'm happy with the product!

Purchased the top watch winder for 8+6 with storage, had a few issues with postage but they were very helpful and resolved with superb customer service

WOW! Exceeded my expectations! I was a bit hesitant thinking that maybe all the positive reviews were fake. No product could be this good and half the price of the competition. Well, I can honestly say this is amazing! A bit bigger than expected, but that's not a bad thing. Can't hear the motors and now my watches are running all the time so I don't have to set them each time I wear them. Thank you for creating such and amazing AND affordable product!!

The first one that was shipped had been damaged during transit after being notified by the carrier. I emailed Dukwin customer service and they were had a very quick response and shipped me a replacement as soon as they were notified by the carrier. Very pleased with their customer service. The quality of the winder is incredible. I purchased the 8 watch winder. It very quiet and smooth

I have small wrists. So watches with small bracelets don’t fit. So that was disappointing. But support reached out to me and helped me fix the issue by modifying the clip.

Gift was a success! Good quality. Great response by the team with my inquiry emails. Will likely buy another in the future.

We had a slight issue with the mechanism for the winder as it didn't work properly. I emailed Dukwin and they replied extremely fast. We tried different ways but when that didn't work, they sent out a new chip board for the winder and it arrived within 3 days. Works perfectly now.
Very happy with my purchase, it looks great and even happier with their help with fixing the problem.

Winder looks good. Good price. Came quickly. Have only had running about 2 weeks. I hope it continues to operate . Other reviews have said they broke within months. I had purchased a winder from another firm that lasted 2 months.

Item arrived on time and in good condition.
Although, we just have a minor issue, the light always blinks. We’re not sure if it’s an electrical lining issue or just the cord.
