Best skin product ever

I have tried most skin products from the stupidly expensive to bargain basement. Habitual skin is by far the best. I use the hyaluronic acid, vit c and retinol serums. Outstanding results on ageing skin. Easy to order and delivery is prompt.

Products for the older age bracket

I'm in the older age bracket. I found it easy to order the products. Good delivery time scale The daily moisturiser is the second product I have had. It's a light cream but still feels as though it is doing a good job. Would definitely recommend trying.

Easy to use website & the product


Easy to use website & the product arrived quickly. I bought the retinol which is nice on the skin. I have only been using it for 2 weeks so cant comment on any results.

Amazing customer care

Delivery time was fine, my product got stollen when delivered, but they imedietely sent a replacement and it arrived in the span of 48 hours

The Vitamin C serum is awesome

The Vitamin C serum is awesome. My skin has not tolerated vitamin C products well in the past but it loves this product. As a result my skin is dewy and blemish free. The hyaluronic acid serum is really high quality and plumps my skin beautifully. Great products, would highly recommend. Liesa

Lack of contact

Hi,
I have tried to contact you on several occasions via email over the past fortnight and not had a response.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Can you please check your spam folder? A lot of these reviews we are getting about lack of contact is due to emails being the customer's spam folder.

To help locate our emails, we have in our system replies to all your emails. Our KPI for customer service is to reply within 24 hours - below is an email log of all the replies we have sent to your emails over the last few days. Can you please reach out to us on our Facebook page direct message as our attempts to contact are not working - we are replying the email you provided.

First email reply: 16th May @ 8.44AM (Us amending your order as per your request - removing 1 Hyaluronic Acid Seurm from your order)

Second email from us: 17th May @ 7.30am (we sent an email update about your order with tracking links)

Third email from us: 24th May @ 10.30am (we recieved your request about Peptide Eye Cream advice and sent advice on how to use the product and provided details on our 90 day money back guarantee in case you wanted to return it)

Fourth Email from us 17th June @ 9.42am (We followed up, with refund details if you wanted to refund it)

The last email we sent you, we didnt get a reply which was on Thursday 20th July @ 8.55AM.

Missing products 


Just like the review below I ordered the bundle and only received the vitamin c cream serum I have emailed with no reply..so i have tried again today. Hopfully it will just be a delay with the products. I am going away so need all 3 products ASAP. If there is a delay with them been able to get the product they should contact the customer to advise this is the case.
I have now been contacted by Habitual and they had contacted me via email straight away but it went into my junk and i was looking for spam so I missed them.
They have sorted it now and are sending me the items I did not receive and they have also given me 10% discount for the inconvenience. Happy now🙂

Essentials Kit missing item

I ordered the Essentials Kit with hyaluronic acid, vitamin c and retinol. It arrived three days ago and didn't include the retinol. I've messaged on the website once and sent two emails with no reply. I bought this kit to take overseas with me next week. But looks like I will need to purchase another set from a different company. They have replied and informed me that the retinol is being delivered. They have since also given me a 10% discount and been kind in their apology. So I will update this review and star rating when it is received.
When I got home from my holiday the retinol had been delivered and an extra gift. Habitual went above and beyond to rectify the initial issue and I really appreciate this service.

I have been using their products for


I have been using their products for over a year, and find vit c excellent much better than some costing over £100, I also use the serum, and eye peptide which I keep in fridge, people always comment on how good my skin looks, I have used many high end brands, and this I find better and definitely offer much better value for money and I am 62yrs, and they have bundles which work out cheaper than buy separately 🀩
