Måtte betale mer i moms enn varene kostet!

Jeg mottok i dag en kompensasjon fra Dustdeal for mine ekstrautgifter. Etter mye mailing fram og tilbake har firmaet innrømt at verdien på pakken var deklarert altfor høyt, så det var derfor jeg måtte betale så mye til Posten. Firmaet virker seriøst nok, men dette ble alt i alt en dårlig kjøpsopplevelse. Varene jeg mottok var helt i orden.

Som andre også har erfart, oppgis prisene i NOK uten moms. Det er ikke lett å finne ut at de sender varene fra Nederland heller. Tollgebyr 149,-
Men endelig kom pakken - med en stor overraskelse: kr. 608 måtte jeg betale i moms! Mer enn hele bestillingen lød på! Og det er fordi de har oppgitt verdien av pakken i både Euro og NOK, og Posten har brukt beløpet i Euro til beregning av moms. Dette beløpet er ca 5 ganger høyere enn i NOK, så her er det noen med dårlige mattekunnskaper! Jeg må nå søke Tolletaten eller Posten om å få refundert nesten 500 kr i moms.

Svindler! Har bestilt nogle dele, der er næsten gået 2 måneder, har hverken fået dem eller pengene tilbage, når jeg har bedt dem om at aflyse mit ordre, og det kan man heller ikke gøre, fordi de er pakket og sendt afsted, og det 1 måned siden de har skrevet det, stadig ingen ting. Forstår ikke hvorfor man går ind i en branche, hvor jeres kunder har bruge for varen hurtigst muligt, fordi noget er gået i stykker. I er i Holland det burde ikke tage mere end 2 - 4 dage før det er i Danmark. Skam jer.

Bestilte støvsugerposer d. 25.6 og har fortsat intet modtaget. Har henvendt mig flere gange til firmaet og kun 1 gang er det lykkes, at få et svar som bare var en sludder for en sladder. Jeg kan absolut ikke anbefale denne hjemmeside og skal du bruge støvsugerposer, så bestil et andet sted ...

Rubbish company
Order didn’t arrive to start with. Emailed and then it came. These are not replacement pipes for your vac. Don’t waste your money! You have to chop the end off and add this to an existing end of lead!! In our case, it was that bit that had the hole so this ‘new pipe was useless’ ! They email you really nicely to start with. I did pay the postage to return as gave them the benefit of doubt, but low and behold …. It never seemed to arrive back in Netherlands! How DID I know really, they’d say that !!!
So now my honest review on them …
So please folks : read all the reviews first …. And basically, do what we did in the end : go elsewhere !!!! You’ll not regret doing so …..
Re their reply … they did have my order number and emailed me about it! They knew exactly what was ordered as had also commented about it in an email …. Please just Do Not Use This Scam Company! AND JUST TO PROVE THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL - I POSTED MY RETURN BACK TO ADDRESS THEY GAVE ME, POST WASNT CHEAP BUT LO AND BEHOLD ITS JUST BEEN RETURNED TO ME SAYING THE ADDRESS DOES NOT EXIST !! Please DO NOT USE this company !!!!!!!!!!
ITS A COMPLETE SCAM AND ITEM WAS TOTAL RUBBISH AND ITEM UNUSABLE ANYWAY. Will now seek chargeback via credit card instead and hope the company will be investigated that way too.

Hvorfor kan jeg ikke give minus stjerner? DustDeal er hurtig til at trække pengene, men jeg må vente og rykke - og vente igen. Det er bestemt ikke i orden. Jeg ved stadig ikke, hvornår min vare kommer. Bestemt ingen anbefaling herfra.

Scam website
Ordered product for vacuum cleaner, it does not fit my vacuum. Website states lies there is no 30 day moneyback guarantee as they state, have been offered a partial refund only and only if I pay international return postage myself. This website is a scam.

Philips Power Go - wrong item
I ordered a part to my Philips Power Go vacuum cleaner, but it does not fit into my machine. Unfortunately the postage is so high from Hungary to the Netherlands that I will not send it back. So I lose 24 Euros. I asked the company to accept that sending the wrong item is their fault, but they do not accept it. They would not give my money back, neither would they send me a free shipping coupon.

Imposible hacer una devolución
Pedí un cepillo que en teoria era compatible con mi aspirador Dyson. El paquete me vino sin ningún albarán dentro y el cepillo no era compatible con mi aspirador, cuando me he puesto en contacto con ellos para saber cómo devolverlo, me van pidiendo fotos y más fotos, pero no me proporcionan una dirección dónde hacer la devolución. En la web especifican que se puede devolver, pero sin dirección no lo puedes hacer.

Vanvittig leveringstid - dårlig kommunikation
Næsten 2 måneders leveringstid - og en ret ringe kundeservice, der lige pludselig var på engelsk (hjemmesiden er på dansk). Pakken kom fra Holland, men skulle åbenbart forbi Litauen, før den nåede frem til mig... Produktet virker til at være okay - selvom det ikke er pakket i nogen original emballage eller ser særligt officielt ud, men det bør passe til min støvsuger. Kan ikke anbefale DustDeal.dk - alternativet leverede inden for to arbejdsdage...
