Everything from start to finish was great. I wanted advice on my pension pots and the service was efficient, timely, they kept me informed throughout the whole process of what was happening. Great advice and seamless transfer of pension.

At first I thought, I might had made a mistake to getting financial advisors getting involved with my pensions, as you do hear horror stories about people being swindled out of their pensions, but these thoughts were quickly gone once the transactions had started. They let me know all the way through the transferring of my private pensions into one pot. They called me to see if relevant forms had been received and sent back. Emailed with information requiring my signature. Were polite on the telephone and was able to answer all outstanding questions I had. Very knowledgeable and informative staff members and very patient.
