Very helpful appointment with Zach and Becci. Went through all my wishes and plans. Explained things well.

I recently made the decision to look into using my private pensions and I was recommended to use Eadon & Co. From day one they have been very helpful. My initial contact was with someone who helped me go through the first stage, ie cashflow expenditure and to work through my pensions. Having no knowledge at all, (someone who buried their head in the sand) they made it very clear and took time to explain everything. I then was referred to a member of their team who was going to look after my account. I had a couple of Teams meetings and again they made things very simple. I had weekly updates from the Team which was great so that I knew things were progressing. I am now at a stage to start thinking of retiring knowing that I've had the best advice and support. This has been much quicker than I anticipated, so a great experience. I would definitely recommend Eadon & Co.

From the initial contact to the first transfers of pensions and ISAs all stages has been handled quickly and efficiently.
At all stages of the transfer we have been kept informed and all the documentation provided has been clear and easy to understand.

The customer support I received throughout the transfer process was excellent. As a customer I was satisfied with the outcome of this pension transfer experience. The responsiveness to my requests for clarification of some issues was very helpful.
My only suggestion would be to provide even more clarity to some customers like myself who are not well versed in the financial and investment activities.

This was all a bit of a minefield to me, trying to sort out my workplace pensions after being made redundant.
However everybody at Eadens was more than helpful in sorting out, recommending a way forward, and I am very happy with the end result.

Elliot, Rebecca, Elizabeth have been very helpful ,and Dan helped me in making my decision to transfer existing pension to Eadon & co. Elizabeth and Beccie have been keeping me informed of the transfer process along the way and hopefully heading in the right direction, would recommend Eadon & co for financial services.

From start to finish the onboarding and funds transfer services were looked after, chased up and reported back to me in a timely manner, and at no point did I feel I was just 'somewhere in the system'. All very efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

Every member of staff I dealt with was super knowledgeable and helpful with regards my pensions. I even spoke with one of the co-owners, which I thought was a great personal touch. I cannot recommend Eadon and Co highly enough for all of your financial advice. Great firm of IFA's.
