East Durham have looked after both my mam and dad and they were fantastic. The whole team are very attentive and caring and can't do enough for you in your time of sadness.

Great prompt service from start to finish. Listened to us and helped tailor the funeral to our wishes. They were always available to answer any queries we had. Would highly recommend them.

Throughout a very difficult time, they were patient, kind, very helpful, understanding and there was absolutely nothing they couldn’t help with. We were kept updated via email from Ellen and on the day everything was perfect. They organised beautiful flowers and an amazing catering for the wake. The procession to the crem was timely and tastefull,the cars were pristine! The undertaker was immaculate very professional and very helpful.She did an amazing job at leading us through the day. Would recommend this service as they are so helpful when you are feeling a little lost Thank You

At such a heartbreaking time when we lost our beloved husband/Dad. East Durham took all the stress away and took care of everything and offered a first glass service.
