Customer service was very helpful and always respond in a timely manner. Due to postal strike it did take a bit to receive our swab test kit (Stress induced collapse test kit) but instructions were clear and results were straight forward to understand. Overall happy. Thank you.

Seems disorganized in Toronto.
I sent my dog's DNA on Jan 11th to TORONTO.
Almost a month later, nobody at EasyDNA can tell me the whereabouts of the sample or if it was received. The provided Reference Number was affixed to everything I sent them. I asked exactly one week ago about about where my sample was, or if Toronto had received it. The answer was that they would have someone in Toronto check and get back.
Ha! How long does it take to put a reference number into a computer and get that answer? Should be about 5 seconds, not a week.
Update: On Feb 11 I received an email saying Toronto never received the samples I sent and for $35 more they would send me another kit. A kit and postage might cost them $2. All it is are 2 swabs and a paper form. Then 12 hours later I received another email saying they received my samples and would advise when my results were available. At this point I don't know what to believe. I will update this review if and when I get my results.
UPDATE. Feb 14/25 Easy DNA says it took almost 4 weeks for my Canada Post mail containing my samples to go 40 miles to Toronto. I'm now awaiting results.

SCAM! Ordered this kit which is supposed to be Toronto based. Still have not received it after weeks. I am in Ontario. Emailed them twice to follow up and have not received a response. Do not waste your money.

Update - Jan 23 received an email from easydna saying they could send another test kit, refund or pay $65 to have another kit sent fedex. 7-14 business days within Ontario is unreasonable. Regular mail does not take 14 business days. If you want to actually receive a kit, I would suggest another company. This has been nothing but a headache and frustrating ordeal. We are on a time constraint to receive the results of this test due to canine disease testing and this has further postponed our treatment options.

If you are testing for DM, I suggest OFA in Missouri.

Nowhere during ordering does it state 7-14 business days. It states “normal mail.”
It does not take 14 business days to receive regular letter mail by Canada Post. I’m not even located internationally.

Up to 7 business days internationally”

DNA kit arrived within days .
Instructions were easy to follow and results were within days of them processing.

For 35 years my twin and I believed we were fraternal twins as we were told at birth we were born in our own sacs. We have never questioned this, despite looking exactly alike and took pride in telling anyone who asked us that we were in fact not identical but fraternal. As we get older we are finding we look more and more alike and decided that they had to have gotten it wrong and we are actually identical twins. So we decided to go with Easydna for testing. They shipped the test to us quickly and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. We shipped it back and received the results quicker than they stated they would provide them. Turns out we are identical :) we have been recommending EasyDna to all the twins we come across now!

I was quite pleased with the customer service I received while on this important journey. The results were delivered as promised and any hiccups along the way were dealt with professionalism. Hiccups were from my side of this transaction. I would highly recommend this organization for DNA services.

Instructions were simple and easy. Results arrived faster than expected. Customer service was excellent.

I love this DNA test !!!
I rescued this little dog who seemingly had a broken leg (which turned out was just hurt and is fine now) and she was starving and very cold.
She weighed 7 lbs and I figure was about maybe 2 months old and now after four months weighs 27 lbs so I was wondering what her DNA would tell me.
Very interesting that she has Canadian Eskimo Dog and many other types in her as we live in Nunavut where there are many of this type of dogs but all the other things that I see that makes my Bella is so interesting
SO, if you ever wonder what your doggie is carrying for DNA, do this test, you will be amazed!! I can also brag and say my little Bella looks just like the Thai Ridgeback (Yikes,lol) but hopefully has enough of the Cocker Spaniel gene in her to keep her not so big.

As a breeder, i have to test my dogs prior to breed them. I found easy DNA for the health and allergy DNA tests. I received the results by email rapidly. Also their prices are affortable. I'm very satisfied.

I ordered this home paternity test for a family member and it was SO easy! Instructions were easy to understand throughout each step.once mailed I recieved confirmation that sample was received and a rime frame of when results woukd be posted. They came back 2 days early! I would highly recommend this company. It was so easy and so fast!

When I saw that they test for Migraine with Aura, I figured that would be my benchmark because I do have that. But the results showed that I am way lower then normal for likely hood of having it. I now do not believe any of the results and feel like I wasted my money.

First, the good:
- Quick clear responses
- Easy to follow instructions

The bad:
The email confirming the order indicated "You have ordered the MDR1 test, this kit is applicable for up to 4 dogs". Seeing this, I (not unreasonably I think) assumed that my $95 covered MDR1 test for up to 4 dogs and offered the neighbor to test her dog as well, submitting the samples for 2 dogs. Once eventually the results were ready, EasyDNA refused to release the results unless I pay for the second dog. I had no choice but to pay. No other options were offered. Very underhanded.
If this was, indeed, a misunderstanding as indicated in the response below, they should have alerted me about it having received samples for two dogs, since I have only prepaid for one. Instead, they proceeded to action both samples, and then held my prepaid result hostage until I paid for the second dog.

I had used EasyDna and the experience was amazing from start to finish. The test itself was very easy to use with clear, direct instructions. I received my results faster then expected which was great. I would highly recommend this company.

Such a easy quick experience! Easy DNA is awesome and answered all my questions in a quick matter! Their customer service team is amazing and replied to all emails I sent! Great price and the kit arrived very quickly and I got my results 2 days before expected! 10/10 would recommend!!

couldn't be more impressed with Easy DNA. The test Kit was delivered very quickly overnight. I called Easy DNA with a couple of questions and spoke to a very friendly and knowledge staff member who provided answers without putting me on hold to find the information requested. Once the sample were collected and return to Easy DNA the results were delivered well within the time frame indicated.. Well done.. Excellent company to deal with. I would highly recommend Easy DNA to anyone looking for genetic testing.. Thanks again.
