Useless
Easyflowers? Far from it. Deliveries Australia wide? Wrong again. I typed in the area I wanted my flower order delivered to, went through the checkout process and then after paying received an email saying that they didn't deliver to that particular area. They sent a discount voucher and invited me to reorder via a selected "Outback" collection which I did. This morning I receive a call from them asking me to provide a copy of my drivers license for "further id verification". I told them I've never been asked to do this before for a simple flower delivery and all of the usual information I provided in the checkout, the three digit security code on the back of my card as well as the bank name should be sufficient. Just a complete waste of time and completelty unnecessary. I won't be using them again for sure

I was absolutely devastated when I saw…
I was absolutely devastated when I saw a picture of the flowers that had been ordered through EasyFlowers. As my friend said 'it looked as though someone had raided a garden'. The flowers cost $148.00 which was supposed to be an upsized arrangement of flowers with the delivery and card included, it came to a total of $172.00. I really thought that the flowers would be something special. The flowers were completely underwhelming. EasyFlowers are really good at promoting all of the jargon on their website including their five principals and supposedly offering 100% satisfaction guarantee but they do not stand by what they promote. When I contacted them to offer feed back I was told that I basically got the flowers that I paid for and as a gesture of goodwill, they would offer me a partial refund which really only covered the delivery and card. My bouquet was supposed to have another 50% more flowers. I would never use this company again.

We where away on holidays and could not…
We where away on holidays and could not be with both our mother's, so to be able to organize the flowers for both our mothers was wonderful. We had them both derived the day before, so they had a beautiful flowers to look at on mother's day morning.

Best flowers for your money
I sent some flowers to my beautiful friend Kiri who had just lost her father, Kiri sent me a photo that very evening of what was delivered. They were stunning, this service is by far the best Ive used for flowers overseas, communication was subperb too.

Scammers
I placed an order for a large bouquet of sunflowers for my mother in law for mothers day. The same evening I received a phone call saying they couldn't source any sunflowers, so they were re-directing me to another local florist who will replace them with tulips. I explained that my my
mother in law had just spent 2 weeks in hospital and I wanted something big and bright to make her day. She advised that they would replace my bouquet 'stem for stem' and include tulips...but clearly not worth for worth!! I spent $120 and upgraded to the bigger bouquet to receive a bunch that looked like something from a petrol station with no tulip to be found!! How appalling!!! If they didn't have any stock they should've kindly remove that item from their web site or indicated it was OUT OF STOCK!!!! I was so embarrassed to have my name attached to that pathetic attempt of a bouquet!
