Nice flowers - but beware of the sizes as the images on their site DO NOT represent what is being ordered and the upsize options results in a few handpicked flowers being added to the bunch. Ordered in advance for Valentineâs Day. Paid $180. First they message saying they need to substitute one thing. So thatâs fine. But then nothing gets delivered at all.. itâs now 15th feb and all they do is apologise and say they cannot get in contact with courier so they just sending me a full refund and a $50 voucher that I wonât be able to use anyways due to the probability that whatever I order wonât be delivered

Can't deliver what is promised
Twice in about a month my flowers couldn't be delivered on the day. Why offer the service or adertise if you can't deliver.
First time I was offered $50 voucher. That's useless because if you just log on, you automatically get offered 40% off. There is no discount if you use a voucher.
Second time, I was refunded $5. That had no value as it was the ssme price as getting next day delivery.
If you can't deliver what you claim, go away so we can use a decent florist.

Avoid, avoid, AVOID these scammers!
Thieves and scammers. Refused to deliver my order, didnât tell me until AFTER the delivery day, then sent me a message on their platform (instead of just emailing like any other company on the planet. Then didnât reply for a whole day and then didnât send them the following day either THEN when I messaged again (2 days after the event the flowers were for) told me they wanted to see my ID as the sender. I live on the other side of the planet and my mother (who shares the same surname and everything) offered to show hers and they said not good enough. Iâve since continually asked for a refund since this day and never even received a reply. Do not use this company. If their unprofessional, 2000s looking website wasnât enough of a clue. They have no customer service skills whatsoever either. Disgusting. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Amazing flowers and customer service
I'd spent about 4 hours online, trying to order my lovely sister in Australia some flowers for her 40th Birthday. I just went round in circles, my captcha answers wouldn't get accepted, my credit card payments kept being declined (thanks bank!) and local stores were still shut for Christmas.
Just as I was about to give in, I found easyflowers. I wish I'd found them first, because I was done in minutes! I ordered a beautiful arrangement to be delivered on her birthday and felt very relieved!
Now they also had a special offer on, whereby you could save $38 by subscribing to their newsletter. I thought great, I can get her an even nicer bunch that way, clicked on the deal and got them sorted. And after I'd paid, I realised it had gone through at full price.
I messaged to ask if the $38 could possibly be refunded, they replied within 24 hours saying yes, they would process that for me. Really great service and much appreciated. The flowers arrived on time, in beautiful condition and looking exactly like the picture. Can't recommend highly enough and will be my first point of call when we next send flowers. Thanks for making it so easy, easyflowers!

Easyflowers? Far from it. Deliveries Australia wide? Wrong again. I typed in the area I wanted my flower order delivered to, went through the checkout process and then after paying received an email saying that they didn't deliver to that particular area. They sent a discount voucher and invited me to reorder via a selected "Outback" collection which I did. This morning I receive a call from them asking me to provide a copy of my drivers license for "further id verification". I told them I've never been asked to do this before for a simple flower delivery and all of the usual information I provided in the checkout, the three digit security code on the back of my card as well as the bank name should be sufficient. Just a complete waste of time and completelty unnecessary. I won't be using them again for sure
