I been in the property game for over 20 years and dealt with many agents etc. EasyMove hands down the best out of the lot. If you want to rent or sell your property then assign this lot cos u wont be disappointed. Highly recommend. Special mention to brother Aftab for all his support

At first I was under the impression this company was honest with their dealings , however towards the end of the contract I have learned they are probably one the dishonest and worst company to use for housing. They will come up with all the dishonest excuse to keep your deposit, which they tried with me very hard , despite leaving the property in a better condition than it was.
They have tried challenging me in every dishonest way , in the end they couldn’t prove any of their dishonest allegations and deposit protection department refund my deposit. Please beware of them and always keep a before and after videos and pictures of the property you move in to. Only good thing about this company is they have Monwar working for them, his the only honest person working amongst the dishonest lot, be very vigilant using this company for your housing needs.

I contacted leeanne as I live 300 miles away,never done business with her before, one of my properties which was vacant had a yard full of rubbish left in it. My existing managing agent was unable to help.
I gave Leeanne a call and her immediate help was absolutely unbelievable. She suggested ways of trying to deal with it without incurring too much cost, but did have a van at hand if needed I cannot thank her enough and the confidence and peace of mind you will have if she manages your property.

My boiler broke down,thanks to Mr Glenn support and his team, my boiler got repaired within 2 days .

I went to rent a flat. The man offered me a price lower than what was asked for. We asked if the landlord can paint it. They guy working there said the man is now asking for 1400 and will not paint the flat. I told the agent the price you gave me was not that and myself he keeps increasing the amount. We saw another flat with the same company and we were interested and it was 1300 and the same guy said its gone for 1850, which he lied again. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL.
I told the guy working there I will speak to his boss which he replied you can but won't make a difference. So rude, unprofessional and lie a lot.

Just rang about a 3 bed property I would like to view. The lady on the phone was quite abrupt, asked me who would be living with me, I said no one, just me. She tells me "this is a family home". I am like eh! What business is that of yours. I am single, I live alone. She was so rude. I can rent any size house I like thanks. Not impressed. Wont be calling them again. Easymove? more like awkward AF move.
Not good customer service at all!

Most horrific letting agents. They tried to break the law asking us to send rent payments before the contract was signed, and kept pushing back the moving date. When we moved in the flat was horrific (smelt of urine, had litter all over the place, mattresses were in an awful state). There was a live wire that the landlord made the us (the tenants) cut themselves and then leave open. Avoid Eazymove Estate Agents and renting from Allan Matthews at all costs

I rented out my property not long ago. Agent Talha came across very knowledgeable and assisted the whole process smoothly.

I’m really disappointed with the team. They wouldn’t do virtual viewing and Rhys kept giving me false hope by sending me ads of rooms that were already viewed and taken by others. No ethics whatsoever!

Jade at Swindon branch is a credit to your company . She is professional , diligent and a pleasure to deal with . We have been connected in a difficult chain that felt like it would never exchange and today it happened ! Thank you Jade , I hope we get to work together again .

I've been renting my property for almost 5 years with EasyMove. They have been great in managing all aspects of my property from contract renewals to repairs. However, I have to say I would've probably not given 5 starts if it wasn't for Mounir's service at the end of our tenancy. Overall a good service from the agency but Mounir has been exceptional and made everything so much easier and hassle free. He was available whenever I had any questions and explained everything in depth.I can definitely recommend discussing with him if you are looking for a property, he will give you the best service and actually make a stressful process quite pleasing. i dealt with Easymove Estate Agent since the beginning of 2018. Currently, they are managing my property in London and their services is superb, I found them to be an honest, professional and highly experienced team. Not only managing a property but they can also tackle and get to the bottom of any issue related to properties. They helped me in getting my possession from a difficult tenant. Mounir provided an excellent service. He always rang me back when I left messages. He answered all my queries, he assisted me a great deal. Although I didn't really know the other staff members they were always polite, professional and helpful when I spoke to them overall I had a great experience buying my new home.
