I was very pleased with the customer service I received recently from Eaziglide. I had two saucepans that had become badly damaged (and one was leaking) through routine use over only 5 years. After an assessment of the photos I sent to the Eaziglide team, I have been sent two new pans at no charge. The communication from the team was polite, prompt and helpful and I am entirely satisfied with the outcome.

My pans were showing signs of wear so I contacted the customer service team. I was impressed with their prompt response.

Eaziglide and in particular Nathan, are true stars. I got in touch regarding an issue, was told exactly what I had to do, and hey presto the problem was resolved in an instant, I cannot praise them enough, and I will be buying more of their great products in due course

Despite the high cost of their pans and dishes, I was persuaded by a sales girl at the nation’s most liked department store to purchase a few items. I’ve been very happy with them.
I had to contact Eaziglide because one of my pans lost its non stick property. I don’t know how, but I think that this is a rare occurrence because on returning to the department store, the sales girl told me they don’t often get asked how to make a complaint to Eaziglide.
I’m very happy to report that they honour their lifetime guarantee and will be sending me a replacement. The replacement will be sent through the post and should arrive shortly.

Good customer service. My saucepan was faulty (with discoloration, flaking on its internal base). I was given a replacement promptly. It was delivered swiftly.

We really like their products. We had one big pan (with gets very heavy use) loose its non stick coating and they fulfilled their lifetime guarantee with little to no fuss. Shows the faith they have in their products

Finally had to replace 2 of the original 5 pans after 12 years of ‘hard use’

This was to replace a frying pan with a lifetime guarantee that I wasn't happy with. I purchased the product at Waitrose but because over 12 months had passed they would not deal with my claim. It had lost its non stick and also had become misshapen. On receipt of my receipt and photos of the pan Easyglide agreed immediately to replace the pan. Excellent Service

Recently bought a frying pan love it. Great products wouldn’t buy any other products. I already have the wok, roasting tin and large saucepan. Would highly recommend.

I have an eaziglide small frying pan for frying a single egg and also a large stockpot sized saucepan. Both started great and nothing stuck ..... until it did. Both let me down after about a year. Now everything sticks! Disappointing, especially as they are so expensive.

Eaziglide stepped in where John Lewis would not to replace a faulty pan. It was dealt with professionally and speedily by Eaziglide.

I appreciate the excellent customer service received from Eaziglide. Maybe Eaziglide could give John Lewis customer service (or lack of) some tips?

My poor review, left for John Lewis regarding this item, was that the item was faulty. It happens. It's not that it happens, it's how it's handled when it happens. This is when customer service becomes imperative. I would buy from Eaziglide, but John Lewis has lost me as a customer.

Eaziglide is the best nonstick cookware I have used.

Quality purchase and fairly priced. I have enjoyed using it for all kinds of recipes knowing there is no chance of anything sticking. Love it.

Reasonably fast delivery but more importantly in mint condition. I've seen these in the shops but are scratched.

The company was a bit slow to respond to my request for a replacement under the guarantee as I did have to prompt them a couple of times but there was no quibble which was good and it was sent out quite quickly afterwards.

I bought a set of 3 Eaziglide saucepans and a large casserole dish a few years ago but this is the second time the largest saucepan has been replaced under the guarantee as the inside of the pan pitted quite badly although none of the others have which is strange. As the large saucepan was quite expensive I'm glad of the lifetime guarantee.
