Great communication and problem solved without any hassle

Very understanding where product issues were concerned, and replaced two expensive pans without any difficulty or argument. Thank you - a very good service.

Victoria responded promptly, courteously, and to the point to my warranty request and made this a hassle-free experience.

Which Magazine pointed towards Eaziglide and we now have 5 pans. I’d say they are only average in performance and nowhere near as hard wearing or non-stick as promised. They are very light and perform ok however.

I’ll be looking elsewhere in future.

From point of order online to notifications and delivery the experience was excellent.

My Eaziglide frying pan was delivered but had a fault on the non-stick surface before it was even used.
The response from Customer Services was extremely slow and despite 4 emails and photos sent by me the situation has not been resolved a week and half later.
Very disappointed with the product but especially the customer service.

Easy to order. Delivery takes several days, if Easter adds 2 more days to delivery. Fortunately, it wasn’t such a problem, but was eager to try out the baking trays.

Love the non stick pots, they truly are!

My defective item was replaced under its lifetime guarantee.

We purchased a steamer which developed a fault. It was replaced without issue.

I bought a griddle pound made by this manufacturer four years ago. It was bought alongside a range of pans that I bought from one of their competitors as I had just replaced my cooker and I wanted pans that were fully compliant with an induction hob.

They have all been used and cared for in the same manner that the griddle pan made by Eaziglide, the quality is absolutely diabolical of the Eaziglide pan. It’s bowed at the base. It has been used incomplete compliance with the manufacturers guidelines and the John Lewis website. When something is advertised with a lifetime guarantee, I expect the manufacturer to honour that. Not try to make out that I have misused the pan by introducing it to to higher heat. This pan is meant to be oven proof to 260°. The customer service from them is not professional and they have not responded to my last two emails. Don’t touch with a barge pole, either buy something much cheaper, which will probably last as long as this pounded. I’ll do what I have done and replace it with something a lot more substantial.

We ordered the wrong size lid and sent it back as per your “Returns” protocol.
Not heard a peep since or received a refund. Poor!

Great customer service and was dealt with very efficiently, although one pot was replaced I have noticed slight deterioration in the other two, mentioned in email but still awaiting reply
