Naprostá spokojenost, jediná drobnost, že mi společnost nereagovala na mou žádost o mírné posunutí času příjmu a odevzdání vozu

J’ai rendu un véhicule impeccable et j’ai pris des photos ainsi que des vidéos juste avant de le restituer. Il était 7h30 du matin, l’agence était fermée, il fallait donc déposer les clés dans une boîte.

Douze jours plus tard, comme par hasard puisqu’aucun état des lieux n’a été effectué avec un agent, on m’a prélevé 177 € sans aucun avertissement. J’envoie donc un mail pour comprendre, et l’on me répond que j’ai abîmé la voiture. Comme seules preuves, on m’envoie deux photos floues avec des reflets.

Je conteste fermement en transmettant mes photos et vidéos datées, qui prouvent qu’il n’y avait absolument rien à cet endroit au moment de la restitution. Depuis, plus aucune réponse, silence radio.

Une agence vraiment à fuir. En plus de cela, j’ai subi une forte pression pour souscrire une assurance (je pèse mes mots), ce qui ne m’était jamais arrivé ailleurs, alors que je voyage beaucoup et loue régulièrement des véhicules à l’étranger… tout ça pour ça !

Absolute con... do not rent from them. Ordered an automatic got a manual they said no automatics left. A tiny scratch on the car (which we feel was there when we got the car) our fault we didnt check cost 400euros this could have come out with t cut. Was literally an inch! The rental place is not in the airport! You have to get a busto the actual rental place! Plenty other rental places in the airport. Also takes hours to get served... please dont use this company..

Sir,
I have arrived at Verona airport, tried the 2 numbers given. Neither worked.
Took a cab to the ECH office (15 euros) only to find a host of customers there as the office was shut.
A person arrived after 1 hour saying they were short staffed.
I had to wait another hour until he served the waiting queue.
When it was finally our time, he offere us free fuel as compensation, which we accpted.
When arriving at the car, he changed it to half tank, which I was also willing to accept.
However, he then wrote 1/2 in numbers on the contract.
I tried to ask him how will he person onow that this means half free if there is not even a signature on it.
At this point he became aggressive, shouting, told me to sign the contract or go away and slammed the door and window to the office.

Throughout I kept a very caml manner,
simply trying to get him to see why i need more of a signature but his manner was pretty aggressive as mentioned.

Putting aside the face that I will not be spoken to like this by anyone, let alone someone who just had me wait in the sun for 2 hours nearly, I frankly have no faith in someone being present when we return the car, in some issue being suddenly "found" in the car due to the above, or the overall ability of ech to give me any manner of car rental service.

I have now had to rent a new car with a different provider (for a larger sum).

I had a horrible experience with this company in verona.
First off, we had to wait an hour before anyone even bothered to arrive. After countless phone calls and various families arriving finally one guy turned up.

We then had to wait another half hour to be served which is fair enough.
To account for this mess up he said we could come back with half of a fuel tank but we were worried that we would return the car and a colleague wouldn’t believe us and charge us, so we were just asking him to clearly state it on the paper work.

He then began to shout at us, swear and call us ‘retarded’ and ‘idiots’ for ‘not wanting free fuel’ which was clearly NOT the case we just didn’t want to be charged in the future, and due to there being no staff in the vicinity for a whole hour you can understand our hesitation to trust him.

he slammed the window and the door in our faces and even threw his clipboard in anger at one point.

I understand he was probably stressed out from having so many customers at once due to the backlog, however this was the staffs own fault so how sympathetic can i really be?

L’azienda funziona bene e ha buone auto a disposizione. Fate attenzione se non siete un turista in viaggio perché, altrimenti per noleggiarti una macchina esigono un ulteriore assicurazione con loro indipendentemente se tu abbia già fatto con il sito dove hai noleggiato.
Oltre a questo il valore della cauzione rimane bloccato per 15/20 giorni lavorativi dopo la consegna dell’auto. Sono già passati 15 giorni lavorativi e ancora ho la cifra bloccata nella mia carta di credito! Io sicuramente non utilizzerò mai più questa azienda.

Location de voiture à hauteur de 1000 € et 610 € de frais rajoutés au moment de récupérer la voiture, sans possibilité d'annuler, et nous étions de plus dans leur agence qui est loin de l'aéroport donc pas possible de trouver une autre solution.
La voiture remise était dégeulasse, il n'y a pas d'autre mot, et pourtant nous ne sommes pas regardants, et ils nous ont répondu qu'il allait pleuvoir et que ça allait nettoyer la voiture. Et essence sur la réserve.
Cette agence est une vraie arnaque, n'y allez pas croyez-moi.
Je pense d'ailleurs que les autres avis sont faux parce que les autre clients sur place se prenaient également les mêmes frais complètement arbitraires.

On 2 occasions I returned the car in good order. The hold on my credit card was not released. This seems to be their business practice. They asked me to pay to have it released.

La location s’est très bien passé, les personnes avec qui j’ai échangé étaient réactives et très professionnelles et la voiture était nickel ! Je reviendrai dans cette agence !
