Esperienza positiva.

Tutto perfetto auto top

Buon noleggio a Pisa?!

Macchina pulitissima e in buonissime condizioni
Pick-up dall‘aeoporto velocissimo
Personale gentilissimo

Schnell, unkompliziert, nett

Gentili e fidabili.

Great experience. There was no hard sell on arrival and I had the car I ordered, which doesn't always happen in Sicily! Nice offices, really efficient and friendly. I rent in Sicily a lot and will recommend.

Very easy experience, quick pick up and drop off, no problems. Very friendly staff. Regular shuttle bus with clear instructions on where to go to catch it.

Pickup was horrible. They made us wait one hour because of a software failure and then charged us a late fee. We rented our car at 22 which is already their closing time, and we were on time but had to wait in line… Then she blackmailed us: no extra pay, no car and no refund.

The car was clean and decent although there was a half pack of cigarettes in the door.

Dropoff was easy and quick, but they tried to pressure me into giving a 5 star review and he looked at my phone screen.

Well, because of the pick up incident definitely not 5 stars.

And beware that other 5 stars may have been placed under supervision of their dropoff staff!

Ottimo noleggio a Pisa, macchina perfetta, gentili operatori.

Buon autonoleggio a Pisa!

Everything was very simple from the shuttle to collecting the car to dropping it off. The car itself was a lovely Toyota Yaris hybrid, in perfect order. We booked through Zest. Highly recommended. Thanks!

Rented a car from ECH at Pisa airport. While the queue at the desk seemed quite a bit longer than the other hire companies, the car we received was in good condition, and priced well. All staff we interacted with spoke good English. Return was very quick, and no surprise charges.
