Paid 285 euro for 10 days, good price very happy. When we came to pickup the car they told us we had to pay a additional 380 euro’s because the name of our credit card was not the same as the driver. When we offered to pay deposit with debit card they told us this was bot possible. So in the end the administration Costs are more expensive then the car itself. See more reviews about this situation, apparantly it isnt clear enough at the Booking site bit they dont do anything scout it because its a good way to earn a lot of money. Scam!

We hired a car at Trapani airport through broker doyouspain. Service at the airport was quick and friendly, and we even got the car a bit earlier than booked.
We got a nice car in the category we booked (not the same) the only drawback that is was full of scratches and bumps.
We delivered the car back at Palermo airport after eight days. Very friendly employees here as well. I was a bit surprised by the very thourough check they did to see if there were more scratches on the car: if you give out a very scratched car don't be picky about one more or less! Of course they didn't find any.
The deposit was also returned within 10 days as promised.

My conclusion: a reputable company with friendly employees and easy going pick-up and delivery service. If it weren't for the scratched car five stars. I would defintely use them again.

Experiencia muy decepcionante con ECH.
En las condiciones de mi reserva se indicaba que era necesaria una tarjeta de crédito, pero no se especificaba claramente que tuviera que ser física. Intenté obtener una tarjeta de crédito en ese mismo momento con mi banco para cumplir con las condiciones y se me rechazó.
La única alternativa que me ofrecieron fue contratar una cobertura SCDW por 479,44 €. Viajaba con mi mujer y dos niños pequeños en pleno Agosto, por lo que, en esas circunstancias, prácticamente me vi obligado a aceptarla, ya que me plantearon que cualquier alternativa sería más cara aún.
He reclamado el importe en varias ocasiones y ECH ha rechazado completamente todas mis exposiciones.
Finalmente discover cars accede a compensarme con la mitad del importe, es decir, 239,72 € de saldo para una futura reserva. ECH se mantiene firme en el rechazo a mi reclamación.
Considero que la posibilidad de un coste adicional de 479,44 € debería estar informado de forma mucho más clara antes de contratar, ya que una vez allí, estás "obligado" a contratar a pesar de ser un importe elevadísimo.
En mi caso, lo que en principio era un alquiler de 600 eur aprox, se transformó en 1079 aprox.

Tutto perfetto! Auto nuova con pochissimi chilometri.
