Great car and great service. Only a couple of minutes from Verona airport. No waiting about in collection or when returning the vehicle.

My flight was delayed, and although the car rental office was scheduled to close at 10 PM, the staff kindly waited for me. I arrived about 40 minutes late, and I really appreciated their patience and understanding. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience stress-free.

The price was also very affordable and offered great value for money. Excellent customer service and a great rental experience overall. I highly recommend them!

Worst customer service ever!!

I want to make it clear how disappointed we are with the car pick-up experience in Pisa, especially with the reception and customer service.

We booked a car with full insurance, yet at the desk they still tried to pressure us into purchasing another insurance package. On top of that, my wife was told she had to use a credit card in her personal name, even though we have a joint credit card. Because of this requirement, we would have been charged an additional €300 fee.

At that point, we decided enough was enough. They can keep the money from our reservation — we have found another solution.

This was by far one of the worst rental car experiences we have had. The whole process felt extremely misleading and designed to force customers into paying additional fees at the desk.

Absolutely unacceptable. Be very careful when renting a car here in Pisa, Italy.

Mi sono trovata molto bene con questo servizio di noleggio auto. Personale disponibile e gentile, tutto è stato semplice e organizzato. Ho apprezzato particolarmente il servizio navetta da e per l’aeroporto, davvero comodo e puntuale. Nel complesso, un’esperienza molto positiva, è la terza volta che mi affido a loro!

Ammetto che è veramente una bella azienda dei Noleggio, sanno il fatto che hanno sempre le auto piene e non si può poter scegliere un’auto diversa da un’utilitaria nel periodo di agosto,

Ho noleggiato un auto nel mese di luglio nella sede di Catania, devo ammettere che il personale è stato di una disponibilità eccellente, non solo per la gentilezza nell'offrirmi chiarimenti sul servizio, ma anche per la massima disponibilità a risolvere problemi e situazioni complicate. Al mio prossimo viaggio so già chi scegliere per i prossimi noleggi e anche a consigliarlo ad altri. Esperienza positivissima

Fijn en vertrouwd verhuurbedrijf in Pisa. Je kan hier ook met debit betalen wat bij veel andere niet kan.

Arranged insurance through external provider so ECH put a freeze of €1,000 on my card. Early on in the journey the tyre burst. ECH did not provide the wheel nut remover so we couldn’t change the tyre ourself. After several hours we were picked up and taken back to the airport (Pisa). Ech staff insisted they needed to take the €1,000 again and that once damages were determined we would be refunded the difference.

Damages came to €755 (including roadside pick up and taxi back to airport which we wouldn’t have incurred if we had the correct tools to change the tyre ourselves) and instead of refunding me €245 from the €1,000 they froze, ech charged me €1,000 and then an additional €755 so €1,755 in total.

I explained their error multiple times and they were patronising and said I didn’t understand how the process worked. Only after sending them my credit card statement showing the 2 transactions did they admit their mistake and said they would refund.

Almost 2 weeks after they admitted their error I asked where the refund was and they said it had been paid. I informed them that it hadn’t. They said the matter was closed. I had to continue chasing them every single day until they admitted the payment was “rejected” by my bank (my bank confirmed there was no history of the payment ever being made).

After almost 2 months I finally got my refund.

Terrible customer service, terrible finance team and staff lacking any interpersonal skills.

Watch out for any attempts for staff trying to charge your card twice. They clearly don’t know what they’re doing.

L'auto ritirata all'aeroporto di Pisa corrispondeva a quella prenotata, nuova e pulita. Servizio cortese e celere. L'addetto è stato molto scrupoloso nei controlli sia al ritiro che alla consegna. Io non ho avuto alcun problema.
