You're spot on about the pillow’s design — positioning your head in the center truly helps the ergonomic support work its magic. We’re also glad to hear the foam has held up so well over time and that the firmness along the edges supports your side-reading routine.

Sorry to hear about the zipper on your original pillowcase, but we’re glad you picked up a new one and that it’s doing the job perfectly. You're right — a fitted pillowcase really makes a difference!
