Give it a chance to adjust
It has been , and still is a Way of getting used to the pillow. It felt too high and too stiff…. But I gave it a time …. I guess it is working OK now. Still not 100 % adjusted

Over all the pillow is pretty great
Over all the pillow is pretty great. Works amazingly well for back sleeping, very comfortable. I have tried about 20 pillows over the years because of neck pain and this one is a keeper. Unfortunately when I am on my side I get ear pain, other than that it's great. I still use it every night for back sleeping. I have been using this pillow for several months now. I have another pillow next to this one for side sleeping.

I purchased this pillow with not too…
I purchased this pillow with not too lofty expectations but thought I would try, yet another, pillow. I have suffered from migraines for years and shoulder, neck tightness that has kept me taking numerous medications. After the first night, I woke without a headache and thought that was impressive. This has continued night after night whether I am on my side or on my back. I have realized this pillow has significantly improved my neck and shoulder issues and won't be caught without it. I now look forward to sleeping comfortably and am so grateful to wake feeling great!!

Switched from Ecoden 1.0 to 2.0 two…
Switched from Ecoden 1.0 to 2.0 two weeks ago because it was supposed to give better support to my head not turning left or right because I have a ”large” back head ….. but unfortunately it is not deep enough so it does not help.
Good quality otherwise
Frustrating for me though

"Ok, so at first I thought there was no way I would get used to this pillow as it seems so hard compared to my other pillows. But my constant neck pain went away so quickly that I was shocked! It still surprises me that I sleep so well on it. I will admit that, at first, I used it backwards because I couldn’t get comfortable the right way, but it’s working. The small depression is perfect for my ear so I don’t get pressure sores on it. After several weeks, I finally turned it around to the correct side and it’s great now! Count me as very pleasantly surprised!"

Different sleeping positions
I recently ordered an Ecoden 2.0 Freeflow pillow. I am a side sleeper. I put my head in the indentation in the center and was surprisingly UNcomfortable, too much pressure on my cheek and jaw. The next day I found an article rating different side sleeper pillows as I was planning to return the Ecoden and get a different brand. In reading about the top rated pillow it told how side sleepers can sleep on either of the corners of the pillow, while back sleepers can put their heads in the center. So I tried that with the Ecoden that night and it was wonderful!! I put my head on corner, and my shoulder fit nicely underneath. I have slept that way now for a week and have had no neck or shoulder pain or migraine headaches. I am thrilled! But it almost didn't happen because nowhere in the Ecoden advertising (that I noticed) did it suggest side sleepers putting their heads on the corners. I strongly suggest that be pointed out to people! I almost returned the pillow because I didn't know to try that sleeping location. It is certainly not intuitive.
Just thought you should know.

"I've had it for just a short time and…
"I've had it for just a short time and initially, I wasn't sure about it, but once I found out that there was a secondary filler that I could remove, to make it not quite so tall, that helped immensely. I've tried it in a variety of positions and I can say that I notice less tension and soreness in my neck than before, especially having the support when sleeping on my side. I'm cautiously optimistic that as it adjusts to my head, I'll continue to be happier each night."

Chiropractor recommended and it works wonders
I’m a 50+ year old guy that suffered with daily tension headaches and that horrible knot at the base of my skull where it is attached to my neck. Massage and chiropractor visits helped, but since I was still spending hours in front of a screen, it always came back. I’ve had the pillow now for a week and have not had the knot return or the tension headache that I associated with it. Everyone is different and I can only hope that you achieve the same relief that I did. For me, this was a miracle and cost less than one chiropractor visit

I wasn't sure if I would like this pillow, but I do!
I wasn't sure if I would like this pillow, but I do really like this pillow and very glad I ordered it now. It supports my neck and head ,so I'm able to sleep longer through the night. It seems to help my sleep apnea. I may order another one.

False claims on review number
I was considering purchasing a 2.0 pillow after seeing their instagram post/advert, which claims they have “racked up over 2,000 reviews on Trustpilot. So, I logged in to take a look at them. Imagine my surprise to find only 12 reviews.
Making false claims really doesn’t provoke much confidence in your company. If the product was that great why would you be grossly lying about reviews ??
Needless to say I won’t be purchasing

Best pillow I have ever had
Best pillow I have ever had. Ordered at the end of 2019 and has lasted me up until now. Made the mistake of ordering a pillow cube to try and hated it. Returning my Pillow Cube tomorrow and just ordered my new Ecoden.

Dislocated shoulder solution!
My shoulders have been dislocated every morning for the last six months. It seems the pillows are either too high or too low and I am allergic to anything oil or latex based. I was so excited to find your pillow was neither I purchased this one and turned around and bought the next size side, have them on my full bed, it’s cool it smells good. It feels wonderful and better than anything My shoulders don’t dislocate when I sleep anymore I feel like a different person. Can’t wait for the second pillow to arrive. Thank you so much.
