I order a pillow as a gift for my husband but I never received the item, I contact them and they said that I need to pay for a shipping if I want them to resend me an other, I ask for my refund and also said that they are not responsible for loose or stolen product. They don’t refund my money

No more Neck Pains!
I have had my Ecoden pillow for almost 3 years now and it still provides the support I need. I've been trying different pillows but it's only Ecoden that has relieved my neck pains. No more neck pains!!!

Can’t live without Ecoden pillows
Can’t live without Ecoden pillows! The standard size sleep pillow is the only pillow that has helped (no more headaches and neck pain). Just bought another one for the hubby. He no longer complains of headaches and finds the plus size sleep pillow okay to use even though he uses a sleep machine. I own two seat pillows and use them with the back pillow. Excellent quality and has helped for real with sciatica pain. Absolutely happy with Ecoden.
