Darren from Eco Energy Experts helped us secure works carried out on our property in 2023, to get rid of old storage heaters and replace them with a new air source heat pump & solar panels. This has completely transformed our home.
Since installation Darren has been servicing the system yearly for us.

Darren coordinated the installation of our heat pump, solar panels and insulation. He made sure that the process was as straightforward as possible with great communication throughout. We’re one year in now with no issues and very happy customers. Darren has completed the first annual service of the heat pump and remains on hand to support with any queries. Highly recomemnded

Darren came to do our first service for the boiler. He was a lovely gentleman very knowledgeable, gave us lots of great advice and made sure our boiler/gas was safe. It's the first time ive needed to do this so I was nervous but he put me at ease immediately. Thank you.

Darren is a very knowledgeable heating engineer and has recently serviced the heat pump which he advised me on getting installed. He had a few ‘surprises’ (caused by me) but was unphased and cheerfully carried on regardless to complete the job properly. Ps I think he prefers pop to tea.

Darren stayed in contact with us after the install, organised and carried out the service for us. Professional and courteous as ever, thank you.

From start to finish of our new central heating install, Darren has been brilliant. He installed a brand new central heating system from scratch to replace an old warm air unit, running all new pipework, radiators and a new boiler.
Darren is very knowledgable, proffesional and friendly and everything was taken care of with expertise. From initial surveys, sizing radiators to installation, everything has been fantastic.

I booked for a boiler service at short notice. Darren was quick to respond and explained everything in an easy to understand way. Professional and friendly throughout and even gave a few tips to save some money on the gas bill!

Fantastic experience. Darren arrived as agreed, was polite and friendly and very knowledgeable. He serviced both our air conditioning units leaving me with advice on how to keep them running efficiently.
He respected my home, leaving it clean and tidy. 5* experience and I would hesitate to recommend.

Would 100% recommend Darren. He did a number of jobs for us including fitting two new radiators with new pipework, power flushing and balancing the heating system and servicing our boiler. He replied quickly, arranged to come round and quote and got us booked in in good time.

Darren was also incredibly accommodating, I was heavily pregnant and had to rearrange a visit at short notice and he couldn't have been kinder in his response.

Darren's work was high quality,he left no mess and he was a pleasure to host.

Darren was fantastic, explained what he'd be doing as an energy efficiency survey on behalf of my energy supplier. He couldn't have been nicer, really helpful and chatted through any questions I had. I'd certainly recommend them from my experience today.

I was left with a problem due to a faulty installation by CES, who have now gone into liquidation. Darren fixed my problem promptly and at a reasonable cost. Efficient, friendly and honest service - highly recommended.
