The initial contact was with Darren Gill who surveyed my house and collated all the relevant paperwork gor the Eco 4. My house was very low on energy efficiency. It was a quick process after submitting paperwork to the installation team starting the work.
All the tradesmen; from the internal wall insulator and plasterer, roof insulator, to the plumbers, electrician and solar panel surveyor; have all been very efficient and respectful.
I have been kept informed of progress at all stages.
I am now looking forward to the last stage of work and hopefully a very much more energy efficient home.
I would recommend Eco 4 to anyone.

After contacting Darren, things didn’t seem to move very quickly. However, Darren worked very hard to secure the funding and once this was in place things moved very quickly. Heating system and solar panels were installed within a week. Just waiting for final connections to grid. Heating system working very well. All contractors were very efficient throughout.

Darrren was great, did a thorough job helping us through the grant paperwork and getting the ball rolling, my earlier review was posted by mistake as I thought I was reviewing Smart Energy Homes the people who did the install.
I would thoroughly recommend Darren if you are in the Pembrokeshire area.

Fabulous experience. Darren really listened to my needs and kept in regular contact. The installation of my solar panels, vents and insulation all went ahead really smoothly. I was kept in touch with all of the way through. I'm delighted with the service. I now don't have to worry about having the heating on or heading my water cylinder. It's made a massive difference. I was told by another company who came to the door that I wasn't elegible for any help. Darren has proved otherwise.

Always ready to deal with issues as they arrived. Telephone calls answered promptly and with courtesy. Work done as promised and completed to our satisfaction with very little ongoing impact on the structure and decor of the house. The delay to the completion was only an issue because the installation occurred during a period of quite cold weather.

The Eco Energy Experts installed an Air Sourced Heat pump system for my property. Four different teams were used, the first lagged the loft, the next drained my heating system and removed my old radiators, then the plumbers installed new copper pipework in the loft and installed new radiators, the last team fixed solar panels on my roof. The men working on my project were pleasant to work with. They consulted me about all the details required ie. the positions of the radiators, pipe drops etc. They worked efficiently and cleaned up after working throughout. My friends and family all say that I have the best system that they've seen anywhere. I can't thank them, and Darren Gill who arranged it all for me, enough. If you need a similar installation eco energy experts are the company that you should use.

Darren was our first contact to start the process of upgrading our home through the Eco4 Grant. He surveyed our house and immediately filled in the online application form with us. It was very reassuring that he is knowledgeable about the whole upgrade and could answer any of our questions. The contractors were all extremely efficient, courteous and respectful to us and our belongings. Floors and furniture were covered, but each evening the place would be left straight enough so we could prepare food, shower and get to bed. It was intense, but so worth it. For the first time in 7 years our home is toasty warm all over, all day, and we have gallons of hot water. According to our Smart Meter, we are already using half of the electricity as previously (we're in the middle of winter), and we haven't touched the log burner or coal fire.

I am in the process of having the house brought up to date in respect energy efficiency. Darren started the process off by assessing if I was eligible for a grant and
surveying the property to see if it met the criteria for the grant. Darren then proceeded to apply for the grant on my behalf. Darren guided me through the whole process explaining to me at every stage what was happening. As a result of Darren’s hard work I am now having the house fully insulated including all external walls, solar panels fitted, all radiators and pipes renewed and a heat pump installed. All this at no cost to me ( £40,000 - £50,000). If you intend to apply for a grant I do not hesitate in recommending Darren and Eco Energy Experts to do all the hard work for you.

Very efficient team! Everything was done within 2 weeks and the difference to the house is unbelievable. An incredible increase of 4°c upstairs without even using the heaters! Highly recommend the team and package.

Darren cannot be faulted, so helpful and patient. The work was done quickly and neatly (plumbers hoovering and tidying at the end of the day). Have now a lovely new system fitted and finally a warm house! Diolch Darren!!

We live in a dorma bungalow, that had night storage heaters, later replaced with electric panel heaters, which were expensive to run.
Than along came Darren from Eco energy, we now have full central heating and hot water from the new Heat pump system.
Plumbers and electricians were excellent.
Now have a warm bungalow in all rooms.

Darren has been with me throughout the whole process answering any question I had and getting back to be super quick even when he’s busy. The whole process was explained to me and planned out how it was meant to. Very efficient and compliant, super friendly team. Couldn’t ask for anything better. My house is now amazing and can’t thank the company enough for everything they’ve done. Highly recommend. Thankyou again. All the work has now been completed and I’m living an easier and warmer life.

Darren handled everything for us. We now have Air Source Heat Pump heating. Solar Panels. Extra thick Loft Insulation. Even extractor Fans. Thank you Darren.

It was great working with Darren, he found a good company to carry out the work (cavity wall insulation, ASHP and solar panels) and we're really pleased with the results. He answered a lot of our questions on the technology and always responded promptly to messages and emails. Some of the ideas we discussed at the beginning, particularly the location of the solar panels which couldn't go on our roof, we had to compromise on. But we could understand why and are very glad to have them as they have really saved on our electric bill.
I can definitely recommend this service.

When I first contacted Darren I had been messed about with a few other companies prior to his call. I knew after speaking with Darren he was honest and would get the work completed. Once the work had started after the surveyor had been round and walked through everything from radiators and hot water tank placement, it was all quickly and efficiently completed with a great team of engineers who were all polite and hard working. We had upgraded from an electric system to a full ASHP with radiators, hot water tank, loft insulation and solar panels, I now check the energy app to see how little we now spend each day on electricity, fantastic service and I would highly recommend.

The majority of the teams that carried out the work were fast, professional, courteous & respectful. The scale of the work carried out is quite disruptive and should not be underestimated but having the teams we had who cleaned up after themselves & respected our home really helped. We can already feel the difference in temperature in the house thanks to the wall insulation. Thanks Darren & all the teams.
