We're incredibly pleased with the whole process. Darren handled the initial application, with very little paperwork needed from us. We had a full central heating system fitted, to include an air source heat pump, plus loft insulation. The team of 6 men did this in just 2 days and were very considerate and helped move heavy furniture for us, when necessary. The actual fit was quite disruptive at the time, but it is so worth it. All we had previously to keep warm in winter was an open fire and a couple of panel heaters. I worried how we would keep warm once we're too old to fetch the wood in for the fire. We couldn't have afforded to install central heating without this grant. It has taken away a load of worry, updated the property, and we now even have hot water available all the time! Amazing! I can't recommend Eco Energy Experts highly enough. Everything was so easy, and the team who did the actual work were very professional, highly skilled, and worked quickly and efficiently.

After a chance meeting with Darren we got talking and he explained what I was entitled to on the government scheme. Now its all done exactly what he promised and was always available on the phone or text with any questions that I had.

The company provided a great service with minimal disruption. They were professional and informative. The storage heaters have made a huge difference to my upstairs coastal flat providing efficient heat and at a reduce cost because of the new solar panels. Very greatful to your team. Thankyou

The company installed attic insulation, a heat pump system and solar panels quickly and efficiently. Workers were friendly and helpful. Very happy with their work. I would have preferred it if the insulation in the attic was done after the other work

We had a wonderful team right from the first question we asked. All the different professionals were very friendly and tidy. We felt very comfortable having workmen in the house.
Explanations were given and checked with us. Questions were welcome and they were very hard working. All pipe work was hidden as well as possible. There was disruption for 2 days and the system was all in.
The workers were clean and tidy and very respectful of our home.
Communication is great and I can still drop a message to ask a question I’m not sure of.
Would highly recommend this company to anyone that asks.

I was surprised when only weeks after Darren happened to walk by our cottage, he had arranged for work to commence. Although the scale of intrusion should not be underestimated the contractors kept this to a minimum.
Back-up has been good, and I think having Welsh companies who are often in the area has been an advantage.
We are looking forward to living in our eco-friendly home. Big thank you to Darren, Dan, Jake and the boys, Gareth and the plumbers, Malden and the electricians. Everyone brilliant!

I have recently had all work completed and even although it took longer than I was told I’m very happy with the end result. All the contractors that worked on my house treated it with respect and care and even cleaned up after themselves. Darren from Eco energy was amazing. He was always on hand if I had any questions or problems and was great at communicating with me.

Great company to deal with, everyone from the surveyors to the plasterers and plumbers were tidy, polite and professional. The house is now a lovely warm dry home.

Fantastic company. Stayed in touch throughout the build. Did exactly what they promised. Quick and professional job done. Lads were fantastic and even took the time to run through everything I needed to know. I was sceptical at first with so many dodgy companies around but these guys are amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone. All free and no small print to trip you up. Cant recommend enough.
