Absolute Temu order. The flowers look nothing like the picture. Could have gotten better in the local shops for half the price. The free box of chocolates fit in the palm of my hand. AVOID!!!

Useless
Useless! Ordered flowers to thank relatives for looking after our dog.
Paid 5.99 delivery. 3 days later no flowers. Asked them why not and was told should have paid more for next day. Their website states 90%of all orders are delivered next day or day after. 5 days, no flowers. Demanded refund and ordered from local florist, who delivered beautiful flowers next day. And the lesson is......
They added wrong post code
We sent in the order with name and correct address but without uk post code. Eflowers added the WRONG post code and tried to deliver to the wrong place. They then blamed us for providing incorrect address when it was clearly them that added INCORRECT post code. Now they refuse to refund and my sick sister still has no flowers. Customer service were useless.
Disgraceful company…

Awful Awful company
Flowers never turned up until 16.50 my anniversary was nearly over I ordered the rose medley there was 4 roses and some Gypsophilia all the greenery was blackened and the flowers had "gone over" very disappointing I could have bought a bouquet 4x the volume and a bigger box of chocolates for half the price what an awful awful company steer clear the only thing that would put this right is a full refund.
A BIG LET DOWN
The flowers were expensive, and arrived exhausted and wilting. Nothing like the picture, in that it was a mean bunch, and I'd chosen a bigger bunch than the basic of it's kind.
I complained, and they asked for a picture. We'd done our best to revive these, and picked out the worst.
The company rep stated that they were fine, and the correct colour way..which they were. They couldn't uphold my complaint.
Well, I felt cheated...not to be repeated.
Cheaper Flowers for Top price...
The bunch I ordered was not what was sent...the flowers were substuted for cheap stachis and not a glimmer of a pink rose in sight..no lisianthums..or thistle...absolutely rubbish and cost £40 plus delivery...

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering flowers for a friend. I did not get a tracking email until 6:30pm for flowers I’d paid extra for next day delivery. I then track it on yodel after getting a message at 9:30pm and flowers were still not delivered. I wish I could give 0 stars, please do not order from them £30 for a bunch of fliers that have not been delivered as stated

I ordered some flowers for a birthday and the picture looked lovely so thought i would order the large size now to be fair they did arrive next day but the flowers were nothing like in the picture on the website wish i had checked the reviews first the small amount of flowers arrived in a box crushed and nothing like the picture they were terrible to be honest i could have picked better flowers from the park i will be opening a case as i paid through paypal i would never use their website again last time i ordered through interflora they were totally different they were beautiful these ere just utter garbage
Crushed flowers, squashed under the added candle as well
I was sent flowers as a goodbye from my colleagues. It arrived while I was out, left it in a safe and shady place which was good. However, the flowers were squashed up at the end of the box, and the candle was on top of the flowers as well.

Don’t waste your money
I was recently sent flowers for a bereavement by a relative from eflowers. At a time of great sadness these flowers made me burst out laughing (hence the 1 star). What an absolute disgrace. I don’t know what the flowers cost but they were worth no more that £2.99 minus a “was best 3 weeks ago” discount to £1 in a supermarket. Please avoid this company, if my relative knew how bad these were they’d be devastated at sending them.

To be honest I do not feel that my experience even warrants a 1 star. Having spend over £50 on same day anniversary flowers, I received an email to say they were not going to be delivered. Great. eflowers sent a number of emails to say would I like a refund or the flowers to be delivered the following day, today. I responded 3 times (Of which I have sent an email with the responses all on one page!). My mum had not called to say she had received a gift which was very strange, so I contacted eflowers. They responded, no they haven't been sent! A service that is meant to bring smiles, brought me sadness, and a distraught call to my parents to say that I had ordered flowers but they would not be receiving any. Disgusting. Personally if that was me I would still send the flowers and not charge the customer but no, a basic pitiful email sent back. Your online automated customer service is the worst. Try and add a phone number for that personal touch and this may have never happened. Do not use! I have now gone to Blooms of Exeter who on hearing my predicament have helped no end. Do Not Use eflowers.

I have been in the floristry industry for many years (even providing for the late HRH Princess Diana). These people should be run out of town for giving the industry a bad name, not florists, just rip off merchants. DO NOT USE Just feel sorry for the gullible customers, |BETTER VALUE IN MY LOCAL SUPERMARKET Not worth 1 star !!!!!
No flowers, no response, no contact - AVOID
Ordered flowers and paid for express delivery. No flowers arrived. No response from customer services 2 weeks later after complaining - no phone number, and no way to resolve.
You'd be better flushing your money down the toilet.
One star for delivery
One star for delivery. Appalling quality. One rose in entire group (large) which consisted of small bunch of yellow flowers and greenery that looked like it had been picked by a child on a nature ramble. Very upsetting to give someone something so awful and pay so much! AVOID

The flowers arrived on 23rd December as promised. Other florists seemed either out of stock or unable to deliver.
I saw the flowers on Boxing Day - they were a pleasant enough bunch had I bought the standard one but I had paid for the "extra large" bouquet. If this was indeed the large one then the small would have consisted of a couple of carnations and one or two roses.
Still don't know if wrong one sent or not - if i ever get a reply will update the review.
Further until ordered and paid for the site didn't disclose that the flowers did not arrive in a bouquet form but flat pack. So once bitten and all that.....
Appalling company
Appalling company. Should have zero stars! Quality of flowers has sometimes been questionable but last purchase they never even arrived although the delivery team sent an email to say they had been. They refused to give a refund and could not explain where they went. Customer Services absolutely rubbish.

Ordered flowers for my daughter, to be delivered to her address, Yodel said left in front porch, hers is a terraced house, flowers left on pavement at 1700, daughter a doctor got them gone midnight. Temp was about 3, contacted Eflowers, that was a waste of time.
And looking at their other reviews about time something was done. So I have contacted Hampshire Trading Standards,
please lets sort out this company, more complaints the better.
