Having purchased from Eggz previously and have now lost one, I didn’t hesitate to order again.

Big mistake. I ordered 27 November and paid priority shipping. It’s now the 6 December and not heard a peep from them. I’ve emailed and had no response, nothing. I’m extremely disappointed and will be contacting my bank to raise it as a scam purchase.

Don’t waste your money, effort and time with this lot.

I have tried a lot of ear plugs currently on the market and for me these are the best performing plugs. If I forget to put them in I have to stop to fit them and without them I would probably not go for a ride.
I recently lost one of the little filters and contacted Adam at customer services to look at the possibility of purchasing a single filter, but to my amazement he said he would send one out free of charge. Customer service doesn't get any better, thank you.

By far the best earplugs, I have tried quite a few and these are the best. Effective, comfortable and long lasting. Add to that excellent customer service definitely makes Eggz the best choice.

Really great earplugs. I specifically wear them on the tube as it is so loud and I have sensitive ears. Easy to carry around and I lost one which the team were able to replace for me in a timely manner

Excellent product for use with motorcycle helmet to reduce wind noise.
I did lose a filter from one of the buds but, after contacting Customer Service, they agreed to send out a replacement.

Great product and great customer service when I had delivery issues (which was not the fault of eggz).

A really poor communication. I placed my order on the 4th of September and they said that they shipped everything from their end. They then suggested to arrange a re-shipment but I didn’t have any response since then. I try to chase them up without any answer.

Scammers and thieves.

I have used Eggz for years, they are the best earplugs for use while motorcycling that I have found, comfortable to wear, easy to fit and remove. The service I have always received from them as a company is second to none. Great product, great price and great service. Keep doing what you are doing and ‘Keep the knees in the Breeze’

I PLACED AN ORDER, A WEEK LATER HAD TO CHASE UP FOR DISPATCH ADVICE AS NOTHING RECEIVED!
24 HOURS LATER THEY SAID MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED….IT WAS NOT AND I WENT STRAIGHT BACK AND TOLD THEM. NO RESPONSE. STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND 5 WEEKS LATER. THIEVES!!!

I have used eggz many years ago and decided to get a pair for an upcoming event. There was an issue with my delivery however Adam at Eggz was happy to communicate with me and offered to resolve the problem. Happy with the customer service and I know I will be happy with the product once received.

I bought two pairs of these in the hope for holidays with husband we could both block out any snoring and sleep well. Of the two sizes I could only use the small and even then minimal noise reduction and half way through the night really hurt my ears. I thought it was just me and my ears but my husband said the same. So I felt I spent a lot of money on the wrong product and just ended up with a pillow over my head.

This was my second time or ordering Eggz and dealing with customer service- to check something. Both times Adam
Was so lovely to deal with , replying promptly and going over and above both times. Fanstastic little company with a great product. I use mine to help block out a snoring partner.

Mate it's now been nearly 12 months since I ordered two pairs of eggz motorcycle earplugs as per message below.
I've contacted you several times and still nothing.
No earplugs, no refund, just a whole lot of nothing.
It is interesting to note that I am apparently not Robinson Crusoe when it comes to paying Eggz upfront and receiving nothing.
I have been contacted by several others who have had the same appalling experience.
Please make a point of either delivering the goods I have paid for or refunding my outlay.
Mate, these are shonky business practices.

I bought this product after seeing them advertised on Facebook and after reading some positive comments about the product and the company. I have to say the product is superb. They made a huge difference to the ride experience, reducing nearly all the wind noise and the unwanted exhaust noise, yet still able to hear traffic around you. Absolutely superb product and well worth the investment. Thanks eggz!

I was a bit sceptical about the science and feasibility but took the plunge and bought a pair.

Firstly they arrived promptly and the packaging was very professional and protective as well as hygienic.

The information provided within was excellent and very thorough and the instructions, as if you'd need them right? Well follow them as it makes a difference when you get them in just right. It's really easy.

The quality is fantastic. They work.

I've been using my pair of eggz music earplugs for 2 years now and absolutely love them. They have lived on my keys and just low key made my life better for this whole time. Looking back on all my years of raving with foam earplugs (or more often without), its like I was trying to peel a potato with a hammer and then someone finally handed me a knife. Great customer service too!

I bought my set of Eggz plugs after mixed results with other brands including an expensive "made to measure" brand which were very uncomfortable on rides after one hour or so.
After practising I had no problems fitting and removing my Eggz plugs and they suppressed noise levels whilst having no issues with hearing through my intercom / GPS directions.
Absolutely delighted with them and highly recommended based upon 50 years of motorcycling where I have previously wasted money on kit which failed to work for me.
Aftersales service was superb too.

I requested a small size, and they fit really well. They sent me blue, while I had ordered clear, which the two sizes that came with the filters were. However they fit well. I have not tried them in a real situation but so far they seem to do the job and do not slide out if I talk, which my previous ones did.
