Helpful and friendly customer support
Upon finding small part broken on recently purchased cordless lawnmower, I contacted Einhell customer services to get a replacement under warranty. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and despite sending the wrong part initially, the right one was sent on second attempt (they were very apologetic about their error). Always good communication and polite.

Personally, I found the service from Candice at Einhill was excellent. She gave me instructions on what to do and answered my queries about the service as required. Based on this I am considering purchasing more items from them. Plus, I believe the batteries can be interchangeable with some of their other products. Further, they seem to have a good guarantee just keep your proof of purchase etc.

My experience of Einhell UK is nothing but fantastic the happy voice of Candice was a joy to hear. I phoned up in a panic as some light fingered thief decided to take the Grassbox off my wonderful Lawnmower while i was getting petrol, why they did it is beyond belief. after a discussion with Candice the suggestion was made that she would contact the service department about a secondhand box and like a fairy godmother within 30 minutes Candice called to tell me that they had found a box for me and at no charge have dispatched it to me.Now that is what is called service to a customer Thanks for all your help Candice you deserve a rise

The screw on the arms of an Einhell mower fell apart after the fifth or sixth use so I contacted the Einhell office to request replacement parts. Staff were friendly but not quite as efficient as I had hoped, it was 24 hours before they told me exactly what details they required (which they could have told me about on my first phone call). Then after I chased a couple of times I was very grateful that they could supply replacement parts two days later. I am disappointed in the construction of the arms of these mowers!

It's all fine until it isn't
It's easy to rate a company well when your tools work. When a company really shows their true nature is when they don't. Our compressor which is 2.5 years into it's 3 year guarantee, has died and neither Amazon or Einhell want to know. We have been passed back and forth between them so much that we're like a well worn tennis ball. Amazon said Einhell held the warranty, Einhell said Amazon had it - blah blah, we've all heard the story. But todays finality was particularly harsh after all the to-ing and fro-ing. The email reply requesting help under their 3 year warranty simply said "einhell has rejected your claim" and a subject body that finished the matter by stating: Customer needs to return to Amazon as it was purchased from EU S.A.R.L (as stated on receipt) they hold the full two year warranty.
All this despite the fact that Einhell have plastered all over their site that they give a 3 year warranty on their tools (or this one at least). Which isn't unusual; even Lidl have happily taken products back in the 3 years when needed. It's rare we have experienced such poor customer service from such a reputable brand. I recently purchased another Einhell piece of equipment, after this experience i'm really regretting it.
Next stop the Ombudsman I guess, who will hopefully force their hand. There aren't enough hours in the day!

Prompt and helpful support
The motor on my Einhell lawn mower developed a fault. I contacted customer services who arranged for a box to be sent out prior to its collection, then duly collected it and a replacement was sent out to me in a matter of days. At all stages, the staff I spoke with were helpful and efficient, as was the actual return and replacement process.
Efficient Service
1. I rang Einhell to seek help with ordering the correct spare part for an accidentally damaged machine.
2 I was given clear information about which numbers on the maker's plate were needed to identify the machine
3. I received inside 2 minutes an email with a diagram showing part numbers so I could order the right spare part plus a link .
4 Ordering form the Einhell website was easy as a result.
5. The machine (a trimmer / brush cutter) performs better than previous ones I have had.

Speedy resolution to a problem
After second use of a new strimmer, a plastic part cracked and fractured. Contacted Einhell UK as the unit was new and under warranty, and Candice walked me through the process, explaining what to do. Within a few days the problem was resolved and the new part arrived. It's great to know you have support that leads to a positive outcome. Thank you!

Needed a replacement pull starter for an Einhell petrol lawn mower. I had tried two third party suppliers first but neither replacement part fitted. Einhell's UK customer service department responded very quickly and I ordered from them, with the item being despatched from Germany. Unfortunately, when it arrived it too didn't fit. (I suspect there are two versions of the part for my mower model, depending on when it was manufactured, and I had been sent the "other" one.) That was disappointing but, when I let them know, they really pulled out all the stops. While investigating what had happened at the Germany end, and without waiting for that to reach a conclusion, they sourced the right part in their UK warehouse, despatching it that afternoon. It arrived the following morning. Sorted. I think the customer service in response to the initial mistake was superb and, on the strength of that, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Einhell.

Have just purchased an Einhell lawnmower and didn't know how to register the Warranty. Rang their CS and having spoken with many companies' CS, couldn't believe how professional, polite, courteous, patient, knowledgeable, informative this company is, didn't think such CS existed any more! Superb aftercare and warranty scheme
I had an issue with my battery powered wire brush moss remover which was only a few months old.
I duly contacted Einhell under their warranty scheme.
Their response was totally professional and my issue was very quickly sorted out.
I totally recommend their warranty commitment and service. It is such a surprise to have someone who fully understands their products and act rapidly if there are any issues with them.
The moss remover works really well too.

Einhell GE-SA 36/35 Li 36v Cordless Scarifier 350mm with 2 x 4ah Li-ion. This is my Edit of original review following total replacement of unit.
Original unit had little power (wouldn't do anything other than highest setting) and was refusing to restart after short use, then motor seized. Unit return to Einhell and within 2 hours of their service department acknowledging receipt they had arranged a total replacement. Appears motor was defective from the outset as new unit starts and runs much more powerfully, tackling nearly my whole lawn on a single charge. Now happy with the product, just a shame the first unit was defective when received.

What an incredible company to deal with. I had an issue and after emailing the company I got a reply, firstly from Candice on a friday afternoon who stated someone would contact me first thing Monday.
On Monday I was emailed by Ash from Einhell. He on behalf of the Einhell resolved my issue with such kindness and customer relations that I thought no longer exists these days. If I ever wish to purchase any work tool related items I WILL without doubt go to Einhell first. Thank you Einhell so much.
