Just had a completed deal go through with the help of these guys. Thoroughly professional and very positive in their approach to getting the right deal done. Communication was excellent, and every little hiccup along the way was dealt with almost immediately. Derry set the deal up after really getting to know my situation so the personal touch meant it was the right deal at the right price to individually suit my timing and finances. Thoroughly recommend them to anybody looking to get into this field.

The Elevace representative was very professional; taking me through a variety of available properties both in Liverpool and Manchester and providing suggestions on how to make my acquisition journey one to be completed with ease; giving accurate market insights in comparison of the intercity trends .

The communication was excellent. His responsiveness to questions with clarity and promptness was amazing .

The negotiations were going well except that the delay to finalize everything came from my side since I had to sort a bit of some issues from my end . Marketing materials in slides and videos were issued and I was able to be taken along the available properties live .Otherwise I am satisfied and would recommend the company and they get representative to others .

Paul Horton from Elavace has been incredibly professional and helpful throughout my experience. From our very first conversation, he put me at ease with his low-pressure approach; it was clear he prioritised listening to my requirements over pushing a sale. While I ultimately decided against an off-plan property for my first investment, I would certainly welcome the opportunity to work with Paul again on future ventures.

Paul Horton at Elavace has done an outstanding job supporting us through our property purchases. We are currently in the process of buying two properties—one already completed and one off-plan—and Paul has been excellent at every stage. He consistently went back and forth with the developers on our behalf to secure us a great deal, always making sure our interests came first. His communication was clear and timely, he was transparent throughout the process, and he made what can be a stressful experience feel smooth and well-managed. We truly felt supported and confident thanks to his professionalism and dedication. Highly recommended.

Derry initially came across as very professional, proactive and personable. I appreciated the effort he put in while discussing an off-plan investment, including arranging a visit to Liverpool.
However, due to personal circumstances in 2025 , I paused property investing and was not in a position to move forward. I wasn’t committing to calls or follow-ups, although I continued to receive occasional messages, emails and calls to restart my interest.
Recently I explained again that I was not ready to proceed, as I had purchased a vehicle for work. I explicitly stated I was uncertain about continuing in 2026. While I understand sales can be persistent and I appreciated the flexibility offered around payment, I decided to hold off again.
During the final call with Derry, the tone became very confrontational and I felt uncomfortably pressured. I was particularly disappointed by comments mocking my car purchase as something that would “depreciate in value rather than buying a property and make income”, followed by remarks implying I had “wasted their time” multiple times and comments about not being on the property ladder. I was also contacted via different phone numbers after I had stopped responding.
Overall, I found the approach unprofessional and unnecessarily personal. Even though I wasn’t ready to invest at the time, this experience has convinced me that this is not a company I would return to when I am ready. Based on this experience, I would not recommend.

Didn't end up buying with Derry in the end due to a change in circumstances, but he was professional throughout and very helpful. Would recommend him as an agent for sure. Nice guy.

Although i have not carried out any transaction with Elevace, the staff was very helpful, did their best to provide all available investment options which were suitable for me and my family and had a swift and honest response to all my queries. If i would purchase property in the UK i would definitely cooperate with them.

I was introduced to Elevace by Mr P.Horton . When trying to buy an investment property.
Mr Horton, is a very approachable individual , he understands his subject well, that’s why he is able to answer all questions, he is sincere humble and truthful, he understood exactly what I wanted and delivered . He will treat you as a friend more than a customer.
I can say Paul, demonstrates maturity, integrity, and professionalism, with the capacity to lead teams, resolve challenges, and deliver consistent results, this was a great experience and I will recommend Mr Paul Horton as a reliable person

Recently purchased my first investment property. I’d been looking at investing for a while but was unsure of my best options and had been given conflicting advice.
