Bought a property in 2022 was told it would be completed by 2024 and all that’s happened is then completion date is being pushed back and back. I wrote a review earlier about the competence of Elevace and Bobby from integras contacted me saying he will help and keep me updated on developments. Another lie. They take your money and forget about you. Don’t go with this company they promise you a lot deliver very little.

Avoid at all cost
Avoid at all cost. They sold me a low quality built property in Liverpool in 2020 which turned out to be just a burden and liability not a proper investment! I lost all my hard earned money to this property which has depreciated substantially in price and has cost me thousands of pounds to maintain (zero profit !). These cowboys sold the freehold later on and left all the investors responsible for their substandard properties .please avoid. To respond to Elevace comments below I must say the property they sold me inflicted massive maintenance and repair costs to me and depreciated a lot in value and its service charge got tripled ; these can only happen by substandard and poor quality construction so please don’t try to justify yourself and trick other people. You can also see similar 1 star reviews written by other buyers if you read other reviews.

We’re sorry to read your review, but it’s important to clarify the facts for accuracy.
The development you’re referring to was fully completed and handed over in 2021, with all units finished to the required standards and successfully rented at the point of sale.
As is standard practice in the UK, we no longer own the building or have any management responsibilities after the freehold was sold almost five years ago. Any maintenance, service charge matters, or management decisions since then have been handled entirely by the appointed management company and freeholder.
We also cannot control the performance of the wider property market or the value of an asset several years after handover. Our responsibility was to build and deliver the property, which we completed to a good standard.
We’re happy to assist with historical documentation or to direct owners to the correct management contact if needed.

I have dealt with Keith for my property purchases over the years, and have always found Keith to be professional and very knowledgeable. Nothing has been too much trouble for him and it has been great to know he's always available to help.

Westminster Point purchase
Isabelle has been very articulate and very professional in helping me to purchase my first investment property. Every question I asked she came back to me with facts and figures regarding growth with property especially Westminster Point and Liverpool City Centre.
On my visit from London to Liverpool, I had a meeting at their Head Office with Isabelle who did a power point presentation on the growth yields of the investment properties which was followed by a tour of the city and the land where Westminster point is being built.
She is very hard working and nothing is too much for her whenever
ever I contact her. She has a great personality which has put me at ease in making my decision to buy not only one but two investment properties at Westminster point.
She is a credit to the Elevace Company.

Isabelle is very good at what she does!

Run as far as possible from Elavace and IPG
holding onto tons of investors money and not doing any development, not providing updates, not responding to emails and constantly deflecting calls. For 2 years now. Sovereign point has no progress. completion date is Oct 2025, yet the ground is empty. They are getting notices from investors.

Not true. You offer little to no communication and zero empathy to the investors. Emails upon emails sent, calls upon calls, you don’t bat an eye or provide a response. it doesn’t bother you.
If the site is troubled, and investors won’t continue, why not honour your side of the deal and let those who want to pull out do so. The long stop date is Q3 2026 and You know fully well you can’t complete those 400 odd number of units in a year, thats even if construction starts now. or it’ll be another low quality housing project like the last ones?
Again, this has to be one of the zero integrity developers out there. Run!!!

Thank you for your message. We understand your concern, so it’s important to clarify the factual position regarding Sovereign Point.
The project is currently paused due to the Building Safety Regulator’s (BSR) national delays, which are affecting developments across the UK. These delays are entirely outside of our control and have been widely reported within the construction industry.
We continue to remain fully within all contractual long-stop dates with our investors, and there have been no contractual breaches at any stage. All investor funds are held and protected in accordance with the agreed legal structure.
We have provided email updates throughout the BSR process, and our team responds to all investor enquiries. Anyone needing additional clarification is welcome to contact us directly, and we will ensure they receive a full update.
We appreciate the frustrations caused by the BSR delays, but the suggestion that there has been ‘no progress’ or that funds are being misused is simply not accurate. As soon as the BSR approval is issued, the project will move immediately into the next phase.
If you’re interested in understanding the real challenges the new BSR regulations are creating for developers nationwide, I’d highly recommend reading this insightful piece published in the FT last month.

I would call them opportunist only, they just trap the client and then go away. Most pathetic customer service, they want investment money and then just stop attending the clients. Please be aware and stay keep your money away from them.

We provide clear, structured updates through our progression team, supported by scheduled email communications and timely responses to all incoming enquiries. If an investor ever experiences difficulty reaching us, we encourage them to get in touch via our official channels so we can resolve the matter promptly. Our team maintains regular office hours and is always available to take calls and offer assistance.
