Hebat sekali

I have placed several orders with this company and every time there are back orders I never receive any type of information as to when the items will arrive seems like the company let's back orders fall off of the map I have been waiting for 30 days for the back order on my latest purchase if the item is not available please refund my money

The price was good but product specifications were wrong and customer was required to pay return shipping. First email was returned with an reply telling me I was wrong then sent me to a link for what they said was the correct product and it was the exact same specification document. Subsequent Emails went unanswered. Finally called and the rep was pleasant and professional.

Their invoice, web site and return form all indicate a mailing address that USPS does not recognize. The return address on what they sent me had the correct address.

Questions arose yesterday when selecting items that were answered far better than I expected, by a fellow named Dave, who I thought was very helpful because he actually understood how the items he sells work.

Then, right after placing my order late yesterday, I was moving on to the next step in my project when I suddenly realized that I needed to make a design change that radically changed my order. I immediately wrote an urgent, and confused, email to ElecDirect.com in the evening, followed by two more emails overnight, explaining as best I could my change in plans, and the impact on my order.

By early this morning ElecDirect.com had revised my order, actually had the changed items in stock, and they were able to add one necessary extra item that made my design change "complete," and they did all that before initial shipping.

I wish to convey the good feelings I have about ElecDirect.com, because I have done a significant amount of searching for these types of items, and have found that there are too few really good, on-line, well stocked, one stop shopping, electric supply companies that are open to the public, who don't play around with customers by hiding prices so only licensed contractors are allowed to enjoy reasonable costs. Maybe ElecDirect.com will become my Rock Auto? I won't know for certain until I receive my order.

I had some very difficult time constraints due to SEMA show deadline and Adam Titford was able to make everything happen for us, We got shipments from NY to Southern California extremely fast and they were able to help me out and guide me to the correct electrical components I needed as I am a car guy and not electric savy. Got items in a timely manner and i good condition .the price was good

The product had terrible pictures, an inaccurate description, and only worked because I was able to manipulate the wiring a bit. Also it was WAY over priced for a knock off product that should have been half what the original one goes for. Also nobody wants to pay for shipping these days....figure out how to stop doing that. Ex....free shipping over $50 or something.

BUT!
The return/exchange process was very good and handled with confidence.

One last negative is the CONSTANT email reminders for me to leave a review. Stop bugging people....if they want to leave a review they will.
