Good afternoon,
We are very sorry for the issue with your order and the condition arrived in, we take your issue very seriously and have already provided a returns label to you so that you can send the goods back, please check your inbox for this.
Regarding our customer service, you sent your email to us at 10am on Friday, and we got back to you at 10am this morning (Monday). As we were closed for the weekend, this means we replied only a day later with a free returns label.

Unfortunately a very bad experiance/service. Made an order. Waited. Got a reply 5 working days later saying one of the items ordered was out of stock.
Update your online items in stock.
Was interested in this company because they have solar pannels at great prices. Tested the waters ordering a few second fix accessories and a Blumberg 5 inch fan grille cover. This was the item listed in stock that was not in stock. I was looking for another supplier mainly for solar pannels and glad I did not make a big order for any of the remaining plots I wanted pannels for. Will carry on using Segen, more expensive but I suppose the product is just one part of buying wholesale products. Service is the other. Sometimes you need a product, you need to know when its going to arrive and a prompt reply/communication if its not.

We are extremely sorry for the delay with your order, we are not sure what happened with the courier but unfortunately as explained via email an issue occurred and Ansell Lighting (the manufacturer who sent the item on our behalf) rectified this and the item should now have been delivered.

Good prices And prompt despatch
Good prices - prompt despatch - few delivery issues caused by christmas, and I suspect temporary drivers.
Overall a great experience the customer service is via email but was always responded to promptly.
Will use them again.
