First time customer disappointment
First time customer, item I wanted was listed as in stock and available for next day delivery. Received an email late on the day of delivery saying it's not in stock, there's none coming or on order and they 'aren't able' to order anymore - not believable. Ended up getting a refund, what a waste of time. You should never list products you don't have in stock or at least on its way from a supplier. Website was either very of date, which is unforgivable, or they deliberately list these things to try and get you to change your order order to an overpriced alternative while they have your money, or just to generate more traffic, both of which are despicable. Safe to say I won't be using them again.

Order 2 led security lights which were in stock according to the website. Paid £9.95 for 2 to3 day delivery. Received an email from them saying the order was being shipped with tracking details etc.
After 5 days didn’t receive any order, so had to send a n email asking for an answer as to where my order was. Received an email saying had been a problem with warehouse and I should received order on Monday (after the weekend). Yes it turned up on Monday but there was only 1 security light in the box and the delivery note had been changed to show this. Sent another email explaining the problem but got NO REPLY BACK. Checked back on their website and funnily enough I couldn’t find any trace of the security light i had ordered???? Well the next day a parcel turned up from them with another security light inside but it was different to what I ordered luckily it didn’t matter this time as 1 of the lights I ordered was replacing an existing broken one and the other was going in a different place so it was ok that they were different.
To be fair everything worked out in the end, all be it taking nearly 2 weeks to resolve, but a little sceptical if I will use them again.

I did not deal with the situation myself, so I at present I do not know why there was a delay or why the incorrect item was sent, but I will look into this now. As for the missed email, it seems that my colleague who was dealing with your query did in fact miss your follow up email, I understand this is very frustrating and I sincerely apologise on their behalf.

Exactly what I wanted
Exactly what I wanted. Functional double pole switch in a watertight casing. When installed it will control the power to the calorifier on my boat.

You sold me a defective item
You sold me a defective item. The s.p.d was defective, obviously it was a used item and has been repackaged and resold!

I'm sorry to hear that you have a faulty item. I can confirm that we do not send used items, we only send new items to our customers. Unfortunately there is always a small chance that any item we send could go faulty when installed, it is sadly the nature of electrical products.
If you have proof that we may have mistakenly sent a returned item, please email any images that you have may have and we will investigate this further.
As discussed in my email, my colleague will be sending a returns label to you so that you can get this item back to us for a full refund. I hope this helps to resolve the issue.
