The directors of Electrical Online have all worked for some of the biggest electrical wholesalers across the U.K. They saw trade industries drastically change in the age of the internet and came together to pool their knowledge and experience to create EO. More than simply an online retailer, they launched EO’s membership programme in commitment to helping fellow tradesmen grow and futureproof their own respective businesses.

The WiFi dongle was very old based on…

The WiFi dongle was very old based on the serial number and therefore, the firmware was outdated and didn't work as expected.
On the upside, they did provide a full refund.

Perfect experience.

Easy to use website made it quick to find the desired products needed for my order. Filters allowed me to only view items in the colour I needed. Checkout was fast and delivery (free for my order) arrived the within a couple of days. Price was so much cheaper than anywhere else selling these products online. Amazing all round service.
