Awful scammers and cant be bothered to even reply via email like you offered
I had opted to play at elegant. Seemed fine and well. I made a withdrawal for 1100$ was sent an email stating i would receive within 24 hrs. They requested some additional documents which I sent into them via email. And i went into my account only to find my withdrawal cancelled. Wen I asked live support they stated I hadnt sent any of my documents in even tho I have a long elaborate email from them thanking me for sending in my documents and saying I have multiple accounts which I do not have. I only have one email that receives any emails from them and I only have one password and account name saved in my password manager. This is absolutely ridiculous. And to add insult to injury they gave me a free chip and more bonuses tailored to my playing style after the fact. Thats not the actions of someone who is holding someone in contempt of any wrong doing. Makes zero sense and why would I return to play with such a bad taste left in my mouth.

I emailed you back wen I saw you had replied to this comment, however you still have not bothered to reply to me via email. I see that as just more of the dont care attitude your casino has already shown me. Its pretty awful and very phoney as well. Like Ive previously stated I wont be back to play at your casino. You cant even do what you have said you would do. I thought you'd actually reply but it just seems like it was a show for the public masses. Im not about those kinds of interactions. Its so disappointing and offering me free spins and bonuses instead of just having a normal conversation with me, horrible customer service atrocious actually. Please if you won't reply to my email dont leave another public message either.

Id, picture of myself holding id as well as bank card in both formats,, phone bill and 3 months of bank statements all bearing same address as my id n yet nothing still
