Received the wrong item and I’ve had no response from customer service for over 2 weeks now.

I can’t return the item as well as I’m concerned I won’t get a refund.

Lieferung war über eine Woche zu spät und die Rückgabegebühr beträgt 8€!!, den normalen Versand musste man natürlich auch selbst bezahlen.

Not sure whats going on with Element, they clearly have some fullfillment issues, my items are very late taking well over a week. Shame.. they are great brand but the experience is really poor. Lost a customer.

Do not use. They have stolen my money. I returned an item a month ago. It simply didn't fit.

I have sent MULTIPLE contact forms to request where my refund is. I have sent proof of postage. Proof that they have it as courier sent me that.

No response. No reply. No answer on phone lines - it just says lines are closed.

This company is a fraud. There is no feasible way to speak to a person or get a response.

In all my years shopping online, this company are the worst. They have basically stolen my money and don't follow the procedures or policies in their own website.

Will be contacting trading standards.

Ordered two LS T-shirts from the website. Only one arrived in the wrong colour. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service, there has been no proper response and no resolution has been offered. The online returns portal does not work because the goods are not showing as ‘delivered’. Frustrating experience, as yet unresolved.

Ordered from Element has been really easy. Items have been top quality and delivery has been fast and reliable. If only all companies could be like this!

I have had element trainers for years and always been happy with them, until the last pair.
I bought some new version and the heel counters disintegrated within a month. Contacted them for a refund or replacement and for them to confirm how they've changed construction as it's considerably worse than before.
They have ignored my original request and 2 follow up emails. Started a new requested and this has also been ignored. Time waiting for an answer is coming up to 6 weeks
No phone number and only an online submission form so I can't even call and talk to a person.
Really dissapointed my go to trainers are now poor quality and their customer service is now non existent.

Sent me half my order then do not answer emails and then double charged me for part of my order. Then to cap it all they sent me a customer satisfaction email. Avoid at all costs.

Order hasn’t arrived and despite multiple
Attempts to contact customer services I haven’t heard anything back. At this point I don’t know if I will ever receive my order or money back as there is No telephone number and they do not reply to emails.

Used Element site many times and the garments have always been quality. Good fit, comfortable and delivered quickly.

one of the t shirts I ordered had the logo applied slightly off centre and it looked all wrong. Can't contact Element by phone so just have to return and re order

3 shirts all the same size and style. One is noticeably smaller. I've reported this. Initially I had a swift response but nothing since. I can't return it because the returns link isn't working.

The website said all boards come with grip but it didn’t come with grip 😕

Love Element they send the right amount of texts as reminders when deals are available and then do great Membership deals!

They promise a 15% discount t code for signing up to MyElement, but once you do all mention of it vanishes. They also missed out the free grip tape my deck should have come with and have ignored the support query for 4 days now. Rubbish service.

Shocked by the poor quality of the vests. £22 for the brand name only - quality absolutely sh*te. Colour faded and stitching undone after ONE wash. I bought the cardinal red one and couldn't be more disappointed.

Easy to order and quick delivery

Item purchased a hoody was very thin and felt cheap and badly made. Would not purchase again, in process of returning.

Bought an item of clothing which was faulty on receipt. Element refused to replace and blamed me for misuse.

Being a UK customer having to wait for things like trainers and clothes taking a week to arrive is a bit frustrating. Standard of next day delivery being set by amazon isn't helping I guess. And they're not as comfortable as a brand like DC. But still nice style and design
