Over the past few years, I’ve had the pleasure of making several purchases from Elements Home and Garden in Bishops Stortford. Their products consistently exceed our expectations in terms of quality and design. Recently, I encountered an issue with a table top and their prompt resolution showed their strong commitment to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Elements Home and Garden to anyone looking to enhance their outdoor space, knowing they can trust a company committed to excellent service.

Roland at the Bishops Stortford store was incredibly knowledgable about all the different brands and helped us choose our new garden furniture. Once our garden had been landscaped we received an excellent white glove service and are incredibly pleased with our purchase. Money well spent. Would recommend this store for the vast selection and quality of garden furniture as well as Roland’s knowledge. Recommended!!

My experience with Bishop Stortford showroom was fantastic! I knew what I wanted in my mind but didn't know where to start. With Russel's expertise, I got the right garden furniture and advise. The entire process was professional, I was updated on every process by the office, I also got my delivery as promised/agreed. The delivery team were amazing!!! no fuss, they took the waste away as well.

In addition, the brand I got was cheaper in the showroom than on the actual manufacturers website, the furniture was assembled at no extra cost and assurance was given that if there are any issues they will rectify.

We will definitely be going back in the future.

I recently had an amazing experience with this showroom in Bishop Stortford ! I purchased new furniture three weeks ago, and the entire process has been fantastic. The delivery driver was very lovely and professional. The customer service team kept me in the loop throughout the process, ensuring I was always informed and satisfied.

Elements are a family business who are honest but lack some customer services skills, they have returned my money for items that were not available. I hope they can get their house in order soon as they work hard to progress their brand in a very difficult marketplace.

The garden furniture set that we ordered was ex demo and it is in great condition.
It was delivered when they said they were going to deliver it and due to the length of the table it wasn’t easy to get into position but the couple who delivered it were both lovely and really helpful. Highly recommend

I am still waiting for the delivery of the item I ordered and paid for on 15th February. I have received no communication re despatch etc.

We purchased at 6pm in the evening in store and our item was delivered by 2pm the next day .

Quality products competitively priced, great delivery service, professional but friendly business.
Great that you can see, touch and test out your purchase … unlike when you buy off the internet!

Product quality and workmanship was amazing

We’ve used Elements a few times now and have recommended to friends and family. Will be going back there next spring to buy the remaining items for our garden.

I ordered a sun lounger from Elements Home & Garden. It was £250-300 more expensive than several of their competitors, however their competitors could not supply all the loungers I needed so I decided to take the missing one from Elements.
Before placing my order I contacted Elements to make sure they had their own stock in their own warehouse, and were not taking stock from the manufacturer direct (since I knew the manufacturer had only 1 left, which I was already purchasing elsewhere). They confirmed that they had.
After waiting 9 days, I contacted Elements to see when the product would be delivered. It turns out they had tried to contact me 2 days prior as well as the previous day, but they rang from an unrecognised number, did not leave a voice message, and did not email me instead. I was informed that they only had 1 sun lounger in stock and it was heavily damaged, so could not be sold. I was offered the choice of a refund or an 'upgrade' to a pricier lounger, without any additional charge. While I appreciated their attempt to make the situation right I declined the offer as it would not match the other lounger I had ordered from elsewhere (and in any case I knew this other lounger was not suitable, even if priced higher).
The delay in informing me of this issue caused significant headache as I then had to cancel my other order which had already dispatched. Moreover, I think it's likely that they never had this sun lounger in their own warehouse in the first place, and were taking it from the manufacturer's stock like every other shop who sells this item (I contacted around 8 of their competitors)
Overall, I would avoid shopping here again for the following reasons:
a) their prices can be easily beaten elsewhere
b) I thought they had not put the right level of attention on trying to contact me to explain the problem (moreover, when I enquired via email, the response simply said "Hi, I have tried to call you several times. Russ" which came across as lazy/rude - I then had to call to get the information I needed)
c) Their mobile website is poorly designed and very glitchy on a mobile, so I had to place my order on a desktop.
d) When I went to their shop, they didn't have any fabric samples to show me, so I still had to guess what colour the lounger would be. The salesperson was minimally helpful.

Note: I have not yet received my refund, however it's still within what I would call an expected timeframe

Ordered one day delivered the next amazing service

Poor customer service.
Felt that even though we were spending £2000 we were felt that this was an insignificant amount compared to what she was used to selling 3/4 thousand plus.
Rude female staff, wouldn't commit to delivery date. Was told when I first went in that we could get that weekend, next day she told us that she couldnt commit to any date as so busy and up to delivery company and could wait weeks. In the end we didn't but I bought for quick delivery being a bonus. Wouldnt buy from them again

Firstly, this is a genuine experience i'm uploading to TrustPilot. Secondly, Elements Garden Furniture are an absolute pleasure to deal with. They delivered on time. Installed the product with no fuss whatsoever. When I visited their showroom in Bishops Stortford they were so helpful and genuinely friendly. Can't recommend them enough. You will be hard pushed to find service like it elsewhere.

Absolutely love Elements store in Bluewater. Can easily spend an hour walking round, looking at all the interesting stuff they have for sale. Staff are ALWAYS helpful and their customer service is fantastic. Ordered dining and corner sets, and some other bits for my garden and can’t be satisfied more with the quality of product and the professionalism of staff (especially Ella) explained in full detail about the fabrics and their maintenance, what the process would be and assisted by selecting the best items for my needs. She also sent me fabric samples, pictures and was assisting me all the way through up to delivery day and even after. Their lead time was met precisely and all correspondence in the meantime was clear and concise.. If you are looking for really good quality garden furniture - then this is the place to go.
