We met Jade for the initial visit to the Bishops Stortford show room
She spent an age with us showing the various options with amazing product knowledge and patience
We placed the order and due to our overseas commitments had to delay the various delivery dates offered which was met by Elements relaxed flexibility
Great company great products, we have a Villa in Spain which I now know they deliver to and wouldn’t hesitate to use them to refurnish there as well

Excellent from start to finish, and Jade in the showroom at Bishop Stortford was excellent throughout. I would highly recommend Elements Home and Garden.

So lovely to be able to go to a shop to see garden furniture, had enough of buying stuff on line that turns up rubbish! This shop has the best contemporary styles, feels like indoor furniture outside, not out-of-date rattan. Jade was extremely helpful, knowledgable & not pushy. Roland & Russell also really helpful too delivering a week earlier than we though and everything turned up perfect! Also, 10% cheaper than elsewhere, Thank You, will recommend and buy again, it all looks amazing, roll on Sunny Weather 🤩

The staff are extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable, especially Ella in the Bluewater store who helped me choose my garden furniture for my new home. Delivery was super quick. Couldn't be happier with my purchase in time for the summer!

I have just purchased a selection of garden furniture and a pergola from Elements Home and garden. I met Russell initially at the Bluewater outlet and he helped me plan what I needed and choose various items. The items have just been delivered and set up. The results are stunning. The pergola is sturdy and very good quality for a very good price. The furniture all matches perfectly and is also great quality at a great price. Russell and his team have been extremely helpful throughout. I am thrilled with the results and would not hesitate to recommend Elements Home and Garden. I will certainly be using them again for my next project.

The staff at elements were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in advising the perfect furniture for us. Delivery was very fast and the team that delivered the furniture put everything together for us and we are super happy with our purchases

Initial delivery was good but there was a problem with the parasol which was contentious and involved a disagreement with the company. Reluctantly I accepted that there was not conclusive evidence that it was faulty however what followed was completely unacceptable. I was firstly ignored with emails not being responded to and phone calls and messages not being returned. I was then told the manufacturer did not do replacement parts and I would have to purchase a replacement parasol. Several emails followed and eventually I decided to contact the manufacturer directly. They were able to supply a replacement part (which Elements told me they couldn’t do) and gave fantastic support to resolve the problem at a cost of £40 for the part rather than £400 for the replacement parasol offered. As yet I have had no response from Elements to my latest emails.

It seem as others have commented there is no customer service beyond point of sale and a complete disinterest to helping resolve any issues. I will not be using Elements again and have spent most of the summer trying to sort this out. It is really not acceptable and is an insulting way to treat their customers.

Friendly and efficient at the shop and the delivery was spot on.
I have shopped there before and as always very happy with my purchase.

We are very satisfied with the service and personal attention we have received from Russell and Roland. Despite us changing our mind when the furniture didn’t fit our patio, followed by delivery problems caused by COVID, they have sorted out all problems with courtesy and we are delighted with the final result. Thank you from a very satisfied customer.

Wish I could give zero stars. In common with other reviews the customer service is non existent, never call back, never sort out your problem and incredibly rude. The original delivery was massively delayed with loads of broken promises, miscommunication and incorrect/fictitious delivery dates. Most of the furniture eventually arrived four months later than promised, but 14 months after ordering we are still waiting for a part of the delivery. Several phone calls and broken promises later, still no sign of it and NO APOLOGY! Time for trading standards. Avoid this company they are totally untrustworthy.
Update: refund received for the missing item. Pity it took this to get some action and still left with a feeling of a complete absence of customer focus or accountability.

Customer Service in the Bishop Stortford shop was first class. Purchased a cantilever umbrella and a BBQ all delivered within a few days.
Delivery men Ros & James were just the best, carried some very heavy stuff to exactly where I wanted it, nothing was too much trouble.

Service was great. Ella dealt very nicely, explained everything.
She tried her best to meet our requirements.
overall we are very happy with the service.
