Ordered a sweatshirt and a ribbed dress and both came quickly, packaged beautifully and are excellent quality and fit. Will definitely order again. I got a 15% off code from the person I saw marketing these items, so even more worthwhile!

When you are out and another lady walks in with the same Tee it can be bad! Not when it is an Eleven Loves tee. We shouted Snap and then raved about how much we love this business and their products.

Hayley goes above and beyond and Eleven Loves is a brand that really involves its customers. Whether that’s decisions on styles, feedback on service or customer events, this brand has stayed true to its small roots as it has grown.

Customer service is wonderful. Personal and super fast response. Gorgeous items!

The customer service provided by Eleven Loves is exceptional. Responses to any queries are so quick and they are always super helpful. The ease of placing orders and the speed of delivery is unlike anything I’ve experienced before. Beautiful, high quality clothes too. It’s my favourite place to shop!!

Eleven Loves is a small business with the best customer service I have experienced. I received goods on 5th November and needed to email Hayley regarding a query I had a response from her within minutes and my query was actioned straight away. I do not know any other business who respond so quickly. Returns and refunds are also dealt with very quickly. Excellent service Thankyou

First order with Elevenloves. Great service quick delivery and very well presented. Very pleased with my blouse and sweatshirt they are both well made and good quality. I am normally a size 8 and ordered a small in the sweatshirt, it was perfect true to size. Customer service is also excellent just what you would expect from a small independent company.

I’m experiencing the same blunt and poor service. Such a shame. I’ve had to return an item as it’s faded after one wash which is not good for the price. I wrote to Hayley and received a spiky response. Sent it back( hoping she was having a bad day). Chased for a response 10 days later. Told a team and technician had reviewed the garment. It’s a company of 1 so I doubt that. Still waiting for either the faulty garment back (joy) or a refund. Such a shame. We all recommend. You go down in the ‘mistakes bucket’ Eleven Loves.

Have managed to communicate with Hayley via email and she has responded and processed my refund as needed.
Have changed my rating as this has now been actioned.

The clothes were lovely but their communication is terrible. I have kept one item and returned 3 items with no refund so far, despite reaching out via WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram. This is a bad sign as far as I’m concerned. If a company doesn’t process its refunds correctly then it should be avoided.

I asked for some help and understanding from this company and the tone I received back was blunt, not understanding at all and upsetting. I will not be dealing with this company again

Beautiful well made timeless clothes that always flatter. I have purchased a number of items now to build a sustainable capsule wardrobe. Customer service is exceptional. Cant recommend highly enough.

Love all items I have bought. The fit of the T-shirts is brilliant and I always love to wear my weekend hoodie. Highly recommend.

Bought the Tara jeans in March to go on a weekend away. Wore them a handful of times. Went to wash them for the 1st time & noticed a hole near the front pocket. After care service is very poor. I messaged 3 times on the Chat but never had a reply. E mailed 3 times but never got a reply. Telephoned twice, finally had an answer -that well they are 8 weeks old now. If I pay £95 for a pair of jeans I expect them to last years not weeks!!! In the end I sent them back using Royal Mail special next day delivery before 1 which cost me £9.95. Finally had a response that they didn’t think it was a manufacturing problem?? Offered me an exchange as a goodwill. No mention of refunding my postage or no apology whatsoever. Thankfully I paid by PayPal & have now opened a case against them. Very disappointed, frustrated & annoyed.

I’ve been frustrated with this company for over 2 weeks. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and never received it. Contacted Hayley several at least 6 times, in which I still have no idea what happened and can’t seem to get a replacement order sent to me. I feel I have been very patient but I’m so upset with no information on my items. Besides not being able to take the items on vacation with me. ☹️

Fabulous company-I’ve been buying sweaters and tees for a few years from this independent brand & they’re getting better & better! Great new designs, and more items - for a capsule wardrobe, work, casual or dressing up to go out. They have plain, prints & my favourite monochrome tees, I’m a size 10-12 and buy a medium in the sweatshirts and neat fit tees (I find the size charts & advice really helpful & true to size). Hayley the founder designs, describes them so well & also models them on lives too - really personal service!
