I got a pair of leggings I am usually a size medium in other brands. To be safe I purchased a size L and the sizing is terrible, a size L is like a size S this was the second time it happened to me. Last time I had to travel to the closest store 30min away from my suburb, they didn’t have the shorts and was offered store credits. I am a bit disappointed. I just couldn’t bother travelling 30min the store. I must say the sizing is very confusing.

Made a purchase, one of the items didn’t appear be as advertised so seeked refund.

Their customer team refused to refund, directed me to their customer service FAQS, no where does it state that refunds will not be offered for purchases.

They only offer store credit.

Pretty dirty of them to do so considering it’s a basic consumer right to be eligible for a refund.

Many other firmness apparel stores out there, don’t bother with this one.

Purchased my son a tracksuit set and although its nice and thick and cosy material after the first wash I can see that the material will start to pill over time. For the expense we have paid for the outfit I would expect the material to not pill at all after ONE wash. So I am quite disappointed and will not buy from from Elite Eleven again.

I just wanted to provide feedback for Elite.
This was my first time buying an item. I purchased a jumper XL, I didn't even bother to looking at the size. I then washed it and that's when I looked at the size, then realised it XXL. I sent them an email of what has happened.
The next day received correspondence and advised me they have an XL. Being it is unisex I advised may I please have a large.
Today I received the large jumper. Never advised me to return the other item.
Exceptional customer service and fast delivery.

Terrible customer service, my order said it was delivered, but I never received anything, I contacted HDL and they were supposedly going to do an investigation, they asked me to contact Elite Eleven and their response was, we can't do anything for you, contact HDL and We need the report to be able to help you, wowwwww👏👏👏👏 u guys.

I was in the Northland store in July, it was a quiet Saturday morning (so no excuse for it being busy)and I had no welcome, didn't get asked for assistance whilst in the changing room trying on clothes. I needed another size but couldn't walk out like that. Girls were just chatting away about their weekend plans. I simply told the girl at the front after she asked how I went in the fitting rooms. I have contacted customer service.

I washed the hoodie that I bought for my son and it has started pilling. I've only washed it 3 times. Considering the price I paid for it, I expected the fabric to be of better quality. I won't be buying from them again.

DIVINE!!! ordered 3 of the Aura Tees from Elite Eleven and oh my god, the quality and thickness is insane! Not to mention how flattering it looks on!! This tee is perfect, simple as that. It also came within 2 days of ordering!! Will 100% be purchasing again!

Quality is good but when I brought two pairs of track suit pants in two different colours but in the same size; I noticed the black was tighter than the grey…

Elite eleven gym wear is a staple you need to have in your wardrobe

Elite Eleven has by far been the best place I have ordered with online. They have amazing customer service and look at really ensuring their customer is satisfied with the end result. I was mostly impressed and happy with the customer service from Darcie who helped me to resolve my issue with a pair of pants I ordered with Elite. I am forever thankyou for that.

I liked the layout of the store and the quality of product, staff were polite. Was a little busy for my liking but good for business.

Probably the worst customer service I have experienced. I requested a contact number via email to call their customer service line and they emailed saying they don’t have one and then I requested a manager to contact me and they said they can’t. I ordered an XS as advertised their model wears but it’s more like an XXS with no stretch. I requested a refund of just $80 and they refused numerous times and wouldn’t even give me a contact number. It’s really horrible that their customer service is condescending and do not value the customer. I would rather shop at gym shark or etcht

Walking into the Northland Elite Eleven store, was the worst shopping experience I have ever encountered. Four workers stand at the desk failing to acknowledge my presence as I walked in. Not to mention when I asked for another size the look I got was horrible being stared from head to toe, looking like she couldn’t be bothered getting the size. Don’t bother asking for assistance which you will not get. I will from now on be shopping online to never have to experience such bad customer service again.

Everything fits perfectly and great design

I have bought for this site a number of times and I have been happy with pretty well all products. However, in my latest order I purchased 3 pairs of bike shorts, and one pair has started going all furry and balled up around the bum area. I bought these back in March of this year, there’s no reason these shorts should be wearing away so quickly, and the other colours aren’t so I think I was just given a faulty pair. Super sad about this. Everything else has been great though, I’m just reluctant to buy more incase I get another faulty item /:
