As usual. Prompt and efficient service.

Good price, delivered late and had to be chased, with poor communication. But, I received the order albeit only half of it and a refund for the remaining, again this was not communicated well. Better communication would help improve!

The only UK stockist of our favourite red wine! Always great pricing, always excellent service. It's just a shame the delivery firms keep dropping the boxes! I certainly can't give DHL five stars, but I CAN give Ellie's Cellar and Danielle at least FIVE STARS every time.

Still haven't received the wine. It's been over a week. I waited in yesterday, having been advised of a delivery slot and the time passed and no delivery, no notification.
Today I received another notification from the courier company advising delivery today. No apology for yesterday or Wednesday's non delivery.
I have no hope of delivery today, being that he is only at 3 of 73. Not sure why you use such incompetent Courier's and why you would send me a review request, when I haven't even had the product.

Great service. Package arrived on time. Good value for money

Excellent price, would have hoped for a quicker delivery. Order made on a Friday, delivered on following Thursday and it was a local delivery.

Usual excellent delivery but the mystery reds box containing 8 bottles of low alcohol Italian wines (11%) was disappointing at best. Finding them thin and vinegary, I threw two bottles away after trying them.
No credit was offered for these but the remainder were readily exchanged for equivalent value of better wines at a fairly local shop.

So just placed my third order with Ellie's Cellar after discovering them at the end of last year. I had reason to call and speak to them before placing my order as I wanted to know if they six bottles of the drink I was ordering. The chap I spoke to was so friendly and polite, placed my order and it was here with in a few days. Same just before christmas, decided to stock up with a few more bottles and the service was swift and easy. The pricing is excellent, I have found savings on some products vs Tesco. Not to mention how well packaged the products arrived. This is one very happy customer.

I ordered what I wanted to order, and the order was dispatched very quickly, thank you.

Pity the delivery company are not so good!
