Elliots Beds レビュー

The fabric has been stapled to the bed frame with no care. There are dozens of staples which have not been finished and the ends are sticking out. Terrible the damage to your new mattress? New bed linen?
Your toes and hands as you walk around and make the bed? Not a luxurious finish or feel. Minimal upholstery fillings so that all you feel is the hard square edges of the framework. The fabric (coniston) is very thin and stretchy. The bed has a unpleasant odour that has not disappeared for weeks now. There was Parts missing and this took several online/emails/phone calls to resolve. I would not recommend this company for your next bed purchase.

At first glance it looked cheap and I was wondering if I made a mistake. There are upgrade options to make it nicer but I wanted to keep the cost low. To be honest, after assembly and with a mattress on, I don't realy need them. It is sturdy and doesn't feel cheap at all.
No problem with delivery. No missing parts. Happy customer.

Love my bed, great delivery service. Amazing workmanship.

This is my second bed from Elliot’s , quality is great, lead time from ordering to delivery is only about 10 working days , price is very competitive if you wait till they have offers on Got the ottoman bed now in both of my bedrooms , good solid bases , can store loads if stuff raises like a dream and just a little bit of pressure to pull the bed back down . All in all a great buy , would definitely recommend .

Great communication. Quality product

Reasonable pricing was the first attraction. Great customer service with good communication and helpful staff.

Brilliant service 👏 👌 👍

Good quality bed. And a first class service from Adam sorting out the delivery.

I was kept informed about the delivery, and when my bed base arrived it was easy to assemble. Just the feet to clip in and secure the two pie pieces together.
Colour as expected and quality of the finish is great..

Spoke to adam a couple of times he was very friendly polite and helpful. Was kept up to date with my delivery. Love my new bed and mattress they look amazing and are so comfy. Would defo buy from again.

We purchased 4 headboard wall panels. They look good now that I have them installed. Only negative was the fact that the pre-drilled holes on the wooden mounting blocks were not level, which gave me more of a challenge than I needed it getting the panels properly aligned.

Good quality mattress and ottoman 4ft base delivered on time would buy again from this company happy with the service

Great comfy mattress asked for a firmer one that's what we got spot on

Everything from start to finish

Good value for money, delivered when they said they would, good guarantee on the product, but most of all great product both me and my husband are sleeping a lot better

Full correspondence with elliot's beds whilst awaiting the delivery. Brilliant service and would definitely use again

Beautiful bed frame ever we have owned.
Just need a little patient with them making the bed. Communication on the delivery was good. The live chat with a real person help with ensuring the purchasing process.
