Elliots Beds レビュー

Fantastic product

The mattress arrived on time and the 2 guys who delivered the mattress were very helpful and polite.

Fabulous bed! And really impressed with Elliots Beds’ customer service at all stages. Thank you! Highly recommend!!

Love the emerald velvet wall panels delivery was after dark so I couldn’t inspect it before the delivery/installer left but happy that they are ok.

5 star company we had a problem with our base of bed phoned them sorted straight away

The panels we ordered were first class quality, and the staff were very helpful and give me great advice at every stage . Would definitely use this company again 😁👍

Great product and good customer service

Bed base delivered as said. on time ,but one castor missing tryed phoning and email company ,but not got back to me ,very disappointing

Excellent quality with the storage we required at a reasonable price.
Well impressed.

It took a number of weeks just to get the swatches delivered. By that time we had purchased a bed from elsewhere.

Don’t trust the delivery estimate shown when you search for a product and add it to your basket, it’s completely misleading. It stated that the item would be dispatched the next day if purchased within a certain hours, making you hurry up to purchase.
I placed my order for a divan storage bed on 28th January, and it was supposed to be dispatched on the 29th or 30th (both working days), with delivery scheduled for the 7th, but nothing so far, my order status is still just confirmed.
I got in touch with costumer service and was told I would receive an update on delivery this week, but so far I’ve heard nothing.

Superb quality absolutely delighted with my mattress would definitely recommend the company to anyone

I ordered the Zurich double ottoman bed. The delivery went well. Confusion on the assembly by delivery men, but was sorted quickly and they assembled it. I didn't use the bed as it's for a spare room and needed to buy a mattress for the bed. With Christmas etc the new mattress arrived end of January. It looked odd on the bed. The bed with mattress on is very low to floor, not like in the pictures. It is about 3" below what is shown in the pictures. The gold trip is sharp and not fully secured, the fabric on headboard is also crinkly. All in all it is very poor quality and the low setting of the bed is a complete design fault.

Order form was difficult to navigate as it said you could choose the fabrics and colours later but there was no ability (from what I could see) to follow it up. I then got a delivery date notification. After a couple of calls to ask how I could get a delivery date without having chosen the colour/fabric it got resolved. Paid for it to be assembled but the delivery agent (third party) had no time to do it so am getting a refund.

Love my new mattress. Just a little disappointing that delivery took longer than expected (almost 3 weeks, rather than the 10 working days), although delivery guys were fantastic when they delivered it.
