Our engineer Craig was great, very friendly and thorough. The only criticism was that the phone line you give went to answer phone. If it isn't manned at 0830hrs don't give it out.

Had a boiler replaced recently using Embassy Gas. Craig was great and explained everything so thoroughly. Work was done on time and no mess left when finished. Thoroughly recommend as a company.

Thoroughly professional and friendly service. He checked I was happy with his Covid-19 measures before he came in (gloves, mask etc.) which I was. He put in the correct brackets and missing screws which my previous British Gas contractors had missed. He also lubricated the fan which is now quieter than when I moved here thirteen years ago! He clearly new his job. Very impressed.

Updated eta regularly. Fully considered the current circumstance and cleaned work areas afterwards. Carried out the service professionally and went through findings and emailed report . Would not hesitate in recommending Craig.
