Annual Gas Boiler Service
From an impressive online appointment booking system to reminder texts up to 10 minutes before the engineer arrives, communications are excellent, They remain so, with a Covid-aware engineer explaining helpfully everything being done to help maintain the boiler. A technical report is then sent by email for your records. All in all a faultless experience, where all surfaces contacted by the engineer were hygienically wiped down by him before he left. Everything first-class!
