In the beginning they were smooth running then they disappeared briefly then i reached out and numbers changed and the contact portal shut down then back up and changed for a moment then i called spoke to someone that was uninformed of my project and the procedures of past people, so I feel they became unprofessional so today I go to portal and its gone, so my money gone project unfinished so hurtful.

I would give them 0 stars if I could but they did write my book. After writing my book I paid for them to market my book which included a website that never worked properly after I paid additional for extractors and plugins. It would only take payments from people with PayPal accounts and after informing them of this issue, they never corrected it and it’s been a year. I also paid for 2 celebrity shout outs a year ago and according to them, the celebrities were not available. So they sent me a list of celebrities to choose from which were suppose to be available and I chose 2 of which I only received one shout out. Then they sold me a bogus contract called ‘ an artificial purchasing contract’ which clearly stated that if the terms of the contract were not met in 365 days, I would be entitled to a full refund and when terms were not met in the 365 days, I requested a full refund and they stalled and stalled and they have not refunded my money for any of these services. I submitted complaints to the BBB, Attorney General’s office and the Consumer Fraud Protection Bureau. I’m now in the process of investigating them with Channel 9 news and filing a complaint against them in small claims court. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!They keep giving you the run around and have different people calling you to keep up the SCAM. PLEASE DON’T USE THESE PEOPLE!!!

I had about 3 people at the end had got my book right after i kept asking for a refund. They switched up the team about 6 times. i didn't like that. They always tried to offer more services when they can't get what they already was paid for together. I paid for a website and after I told them stop promoting my book due to it wasnt doing anything. They disactavited the website without giving me the chance to keep it. I'm glad I'm done with them. Never no more they are garbage company, they are a scam. They are tied in with Brooklyn ghostwriter as well they want the money don't want to do the work. All the money they stole from people God gonna take it alway from them.

All contact numbers have been disconnected, and 360 manager has been discontinued. No emails or text messages can be sent to their staff. I have been shut out completely with no way to contact them!

This company failed to deliver on any of the promises they made. Their true business model is to constantly harass you with emails, texts, and ohonecalls asking for thousands of dollars weekly in spite of their "all included" cost. They asked for more money to expand my book, advertising, promotion, etc when all of this was to be includes in the original cost. The edits were minimal. I cant give a zero ao they get a one. Please look at their BBB score of F, false advertising claims they refuse to address, and no response to complaints. That says it all.

After fighting for a refund for work they never started Emerald stopped working on my current project. They are not registered with the BBB like they say they are in their advertising either

I am beyond disgusted with this company. I started a book with this company in February 8,2025. I had written a 5,000 word outline and knew what direction I wanted the book to go in. I bought the package for Emerald to edit, ghostwrite the book unlimited revisions (Book cover) and I bought a second marketing package.This was very expensive. Thousands of dollars. They promise me the book would be finished in four months. I filled out a questionnaire of how I wanted the book. The first problem we ran into was nobody understood what urban language was. (They kept speaking as if it was a Bridgerton play)
:The second problem was they kept getting the characters mixed up
:The third problem is they kept changing from first person to third person.
:The fourth problem they would go weeks without calling and when they did call someone was trying to sell me another service. My response was why would I buy additional services when the ones I purchased are not up to par
: The sixth problem was my team changed 3X one was on my request and the other just changed
:because of this change my book has 3 different writing styles that a reader can plainly see
"The seventh problem is when I ask to speak to a supervisor I'm told I can only speak to my head writer and she is the one who tried to sell me additional services and stated she would call me back and never did and this is the reason I'm giving this bad review.
:The eighth reason is my marketing package consisted of them making me a new Facebook page with no followers and posting random quotes from the book. Who's going to see that?
: The ninth problem was with my cover although I love it now it took them 12 tries to get it it's like no one was listening to me. (Also I had to tell them my book was to short they had 10 chapters and only (60 pages the contract clearly states 250 pages for my kind of story)
I hope I can get my book finished by the end of the year I hope that this review can get me in touch with a supervisor.
