Außergewöhnliche Unterkünfte, die es auf keiner anderen Seite gibt
Wie waren am Anfang skeptisch, da wir die Seite noch nicht kannten aber alles war super! Der Kundenservice war gut, ich habe immer schnelle Antworten auf meine Emails bekommen. Das Haus war wie auf den Bildern und durch die inklusive Versicherung, mussten wir vor Ort keine Kaution zahlen. Ich würde immer wieder über Emma Villas buchen!

Mooie plaatjes, die de waarheid verdoezelen
De schitterende foto’s en beschrijving komen totaal niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Ik vermoed dat de foto’s minstens 10 jaar oud zijn. De tuin/het gazon wordt niet onderhouden. Het zwembadgedeelte is overwoekerd — van de zogenoemde 'luxe' die op uw website wordt omschreven is niets terug te vinden. De badkamers zijn oud, met scheuren in de toiletten, een lekkende kraan en een deurklink die er steeds afviel. De airco viel elke nacht halverwege uit en moest dagelijks door de eigenaren elders weer worden aangezet. Het espressoapparaat werd in eerste instantie door de bewoners weggehaald; wij moesten vragen of die voor ons kon blijven staan. De zogenoemde pingpongtafel was volledig versleten en overwoekerd door onkruid.
Alle werkbladen in de keuken waren bedekt met een soort noppenfolie, zodat wij het aanrecht niet vies zouden maken. Een zeer trieste situatie.
De vermelde diensten: de kok in de villa was goed, maar had beperkte mogelijkheden. De 'shuttleservice van/naar het vliegveld' bleek niets meer dan het telefoonnummer van een taxichauffeur te zijn. De 'welkomstpizza' en dergelijke dienden blijkbaar 14 dagen van tevoren te worden aangevraagd.
De slogan van uw website, "Een exclusieve villa, uw vakantie in Italië," komt totaal niet overeen met de werkelijkheid.
Is er dan helemaal niets goed aan deze villa? Zeker wel — de eigenaren zijn enorm vriendelijk en gastvrij, en het uitzicht is prachtig. De accommodatie heeft een mooie, natuurlijke Toscaanse uitstraling — echt authentiek Toscaans. Maar dat is niet waarvoor wij hebben gekozen op basis van de indruk die de website geeft.
Ik begrijp dat dingen op de website mooier laat lijken dan ze in werkelijkheid zijn. Maar in dit geval is de presentatie zó anders dan de werkelijkheid, dat het onacceptabel is.
Ik heb deze ervaring ook gedeeld met Emma Villa's ondersteund met foto's Ze zijn te beroerd om hierop te reageren. Niks nul nada, jammer vooral. Ik ga er ieder geval niet meer boeken

Ho festeggiato il mio compleanno…
Ho festeggiato il mio compleanno invitando amici a più riprese e si sono trovati tutti benissimo. La casa ha tutti i confort. La piscina è perfetta e il personale al quale ci si può rivolgere per qualsiasi esigenza è sempre molto attento e disponibile. Il mio cane ha trovato il parco molto interessante :) Consiglio a tutti quelli che amano la natura. Casa freschissima dentro e fuori anche in un periodo dove invece nelle grandi città fa 40 gradi.
Grazie a tutti quelli che mi hanno permesso di festeggiare un compleanno che non dimenticherò mai.

E’ stata una vacanza fantastica. La casa meravigliosa, arredata benissimo e con tutti i confort. We had a wonderful stay in VILLA LA CASINA 4 in Rosignano Marittimo. The communication with Emma-Villas was very easy and fast. The people are very kind and competent. The handover of the villa was simple. Also the reaction time when we had a problem was very fast and the problem was solved within one hour.

Great holiday for the family
We a family of 13 had the most amazing time in the Villa Manuele12 in Toscana-Siena-Montepulciano. All bedrooms had private bathrooms, a great outdoor seating area so peaceful and beautiful. Everything was well maintained pool just great, Manuele was very nice and always available when we needed. Restaurants and wineries in Montepulciano were great to visit. I will definitely recommend Emma Villas.

Azienda seria. Durante la prenotazione siamo stati seguiti con gentilezza e puntualità dallo staff di Emma Villas. Soggiorno da sogno nella Villa le Moje a Fermo (FM). Villa bellissima con piscina privata fantastica. Tutto molto curato. Host accogliente e presente ma nel rispetto della privacy. Sempre disponibile e gentile.

We were four families with two children each who rented La Colonica 18 in Tuscany for a week. We had an absolutely wonderful week in a house that exceeded our expectations. Luxurious with a private bathroom for each bedroom. The kitchen had all the tools you could need. The pool area was super luxurious with around 20 sun loungers and pool towels included. We had direct contact with Luca via WhatsApp throughout our stay, and he quickly helped us with anything we needed. The area around the house was super charming with lots of small, picturesque villages.
There’s nothing to complain about – we would happily rent the house again!

Great place but the kitchen could be improved. We had a great time at Villa Capozza
We had a great time at Villa Capozza. The managers, Barbara and Kristina, were exceptional. When we had a problem, they were right on it and made the best of it.
However, the we chose the villa mainly due to the big and, as we thought, well equipped kitchen. On the pictures it showed a professional stove and oven. We were very disappointed that we could not use this equipment but was left with a 4burner stove. As we are a family of 16 that loves to cook, this was a big set back. The kitchen was not equipped to cook for a large group of people. This should be in the information about the villa.

We had an amazing stay at our villa which was even better than the pictures and certainly exceeded our expectations. Emma villas themselves were very helpful with sharing information early on in the booking and answering questions when needed. We will definitely re book with Emma Villas.

AMAZING VILLA
What an amazing property, it literally was perfect. Concierge Anthony service was amazing, as well as the culinary experience with Massimo was amazing. The location is perfect, small walk to Ostuni, and a small drive to many beaches, and truly centralized within the Puglia region. Definitely will rent again when I go back. If there was 6 stars I would give them.

Abbiamo utilizzato Emma Villas in varie occasioni, sempre per il periodo di Capodanno e possiamo confermare il supporto puntuale, sia della segreteria che delle persone in loco che hanno garantito che tutto fosse in ordine e funzionale. In alcuni casi, dove abbiamo incontrato il proprietario, abbiamo ricevuto un'accoglienza di qualità. Io viaggio sempre con il cane, e anche in questo caso non posso che confermare un'accoglienza eccellente.

We had a wonderful week in Tuscany at L’Oliveta
We had a wonderful week in L’Oliveta in Tuscany. The villa had minimal steps which suited my parents, had air conditioning and a pool which was great given the warm weather.
Emma Villas also organised on site cooking lessons with the fabulous Bina (and husband Massimo). We had a great time with them and there was so much delicious food, recipes to take away and so much fun!
They also arranged the most amazing wine tasting in a vineyard overlooking San Gimignano.
Well placed for day trips to Florence Pisa and Siena, with Certaldo and others in very easy reach made town hopping easy for interesting day trips.

Emma Villas never disappoints!
We have booked with Emma Villas several times over the years, and have never been disappointed. Always clear and prompt communication, and they are always happy to help.
This year, as a party of eight, we stayed at Villa La Capanna di Franca, just outside Siena, and it was wonderful! The villa itself is beautiful (just be aware the shower cubicles are fairly small though), and the pool and grounds are simply stunning! We were able to walk into Sovicille to a great pizzeria (if you go via the lane at the back of the villa you will be treated to fireflies, which are magical), and there's a decent supermarket 5 minutes away. There are castles galore if you fancy a trip out, and, of course, Siena is close by.
We are already talking about coming back here, and we will always use Emma Villas when visiting Italy. Thank you!

Stunning stay in Orvieto
We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at the stunning Villa Buon Viaggio in Orvieto!
