I would not use again, I would not recommend. They did a good basic clean, but I had to clean for another 5 hours to get it ready for Estate Agents. I had explained the situation in email and photos beforehand but the cleaners who arrived didn't follow through.

I should have just hired some cleaners to work along side me.

I booked a end of tenancy clean for a 1 bed top floor flat in Bethnal Green, Chris was very punctual and did a great job, and also great communication via text to tell me when the job was about to be finished. I would recommend him as he is very effective as well as being a personable young man.

John and Bill did a fantastic job with quite a project. would recommend them with confidence.

George has done an expert job in every respect. Not only is his work imaculate but he was so friendly,polite and kind. He went above and beyond and even cleaned furniture left behind. I have never seen windows or taps so clean. We would absolutely recomend George to do our clean over and over again

Elin did an end of tenancy clean for me today and he was so wonderful. The flat is *sparkling* clean and he patiently scraped away a TON of extremely stubborn scale that I could not get rid of! It was literally like 3mm thick and extremely solid and craggy, almost like someone poured cement. ALL GONE. He was very thorough and professional and I’m so satisfied! Definitely recommend !

Very happy with the service. I have used the company twice for end of tenancy cleaning and both times we got our whole deposit back without any issues. Desi came on time, was very friendly, efficient and professional. She finished with the whole two bedroom flat in less than 4 hrs!

Horrible cleaners with horrible attitudes! I hired this company to carry out an end of tenancy deep cleaning. I was not 100% moved out yet so I even told them to omit certain areas such as the kitchen cabinets, clothes cupboards and one or two drawers. Our main areas of concern were the floors, oven and toilet (things we didn't have the time or resources to deep clean ourselves). The first cleaner we got for the 3rd of August came and did the most basic mopping and vacuuming. By the time she was ready to leave I could still see stains all over the floors and the grouting of the tiles still had dirt all over them. Upon asking her to clean them, she would say it is not possible to remove, and promptly left, later complaining that the flat wasn't empty enough (mind you we told her NOT TO CLEAN the areas that weren't empty). Later, I was able to scratch some of the marks with my bare nails! I requested a reclean, and another cleaner came the next day huffing and puffing about doing a 'builders job' by having to clean the dirt in the grouting. Last time I checked, I wasn't asking him to replace the grouting, just to WIPE the dirt on top of it. I was able to do this with just a wet wipe and I showed him a video, mentioning wet wipes, tissue or wet cloth. I leave him to clean for a few minutes to find that he has SCRUBBED the kitchen floors with a SCOURER and has essentially taken a layer off the ceramic tiles and RUINED THEM! What type of cleaning service is this? When I gave him appropriate examples, how could he sandpaper the floors? This is a rented property and the landlord is surely going to take money out of the deposit for this. Why should I be responsible for the costs of the cleaners incompetence! The cleaner even got angry when I pointed out what he had done. This company has caused me so much grief. When I mentioned cleaning omissions like white residue over the ceramic hob, and marks on the window sill, I was told it was impossible to clean, but then ended up cleaning them entirely myself. What is the purpose of a professional cleaning company that avoids deep cleaning responsibilities and is only good for destroying the property? God only knows what I am going to be charged for the destroyed tiles! Avoid unless you want a simple mopping and vacuuming.

It was our first time needing a cleaner for an End of Tenancy clean and it was a great experience. It was the only cleaners I could find (out of other recommendations) that would clean on a Sunday (the day before we left). Elin arrived just before the hour we scheduled for and was super friendly. He brought all the cleaning supplies, told us how long he would take and we left him to it in the apartment. The apartment looks so clean now and we're delighted with the result. Will recommend to any friend that needs it.

Elin arrived promptly at the flat and finished the cleaning in 4 hours! So grateful for his help and will definitely recommend this company to my friends!
