I was a bit worry about the price
I was a bit worry about the price, as it was quite cheap, but the cleaner (I believe his name was Elon) cleaned our flat very thoroughly. The flat was very old, so it was hard to clean, but Elon made it even cleaner than it was when we moved in two years ago.

Marie and her team did a fantastic job of our end-of-tenancy cleaning (large 2 bedroom/2 bathroom flat with carpet cleaning). Marie always replied promptly to emails and gave a competitive quote. The cleaning team did a great job, with everything on the quoted list being completed to a high standard. Even more impressive was that this was done on 26th March at the start of London Covid-19 lockdown. Lovely polite cleaner, one cleaner was sick so the one who arrived stayed for double time to ensure the property was cleaned to the same standards. The cleaner paid special attention to areas I pointed out that needed extra cleaning such as windows and radiators. Very happy with the service

Not very impressed
Not very impressed.
The professional cleaner was friendly and polite, however the job she did left quite a lot to be desired.
The floors were barely mopped once, let alone properly, and the skirting boards and corner areas remained full of dust and grime. The fridge was dirtily wiped and left with quite a lot of residue, and that was all I could see, apart from the bathroom which seemed ok, that she done.
All this for £105 seemed like daylight robbery, I could have done a far better job myself. She didn't see fit to return my change to me either, perhaps mistaking it for a tip, which is what I would have given had it been due.

Cleaner was very professional and helpful. Very friendly. Only a couple of spots were left uncleaned and I had to point out. Had to come back after to check it was clean and was some stains off from the wall. Couch was not openned to clean in between and had to also point it out. Could be better.

We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the services provided by our company. I had investigated your complaint and found the following: you have sent as an email to request a refund two weeks after we cleaned the property. We weren't given the chance to re-clean the property rather a refund has been demanded. The stated issues were that the carpet under the beds was not steam cleaned. We advice against steam cleaning of carpets under the beds as this would cause trapped moisture and the carpet can get stained or could develop bad smell. We normally vacuum the carpets under the beds. Although your complaint was sent to us two weeks after the cleaning had taken place we would be keen to help you resolve any issues if we were given the opportunity to come back and rectify any outstanding issues. Please contact our office as we would like to reach an agreement which would satisfy both parties.
