I am extremely satisfied with the cbd oil 30%
I am extremely satisfied with the Enecta 30% CBD oil. Since I started using it, I feel much calmer, less anxious, and my panic attacks have significantly reduced. I noticed positive effects very quickly, which is why I will definitely continue buying this oil.
The shipping to Germany was impressively fast and completely free, which I greatly appreciate because I do not like waiting too long for my orders. I also really value the wide range of products Enecta offers.
As a psychologist, what matters to me just as much as personal experience are the scientific foundations. I truly appreciate that their website provides access to studies on CBD use for different conditions. Knowing that there is scientific evidence supporting its effectiveness makes me trust and respect the brand even more.

Slow and irresponsible delivery
I haven't had the opportunity to try your product. But the shipping process is awful. The address I wrote was different from the address you shipped to. When I contact with your colleagues I took responses too late, and the delivery process is too late. After the turning away shipment still your colleagues told me I have to wait for refund. Even though the package appears to have been delivered to you, I waited over 1 week for refund (152.91€). I sent several mails to you but I can not find any responsible person to answer for that. No one answering my mails. For the next time I’ll never try shopping from you.

No response when I urgently needed support
I contacted the company via their official channels and received no reply — not even an automated acknowledgment.
This was particularly frustrating, as their website and brand messaging emphasize being close to the customer and offering post-sale support. In reality, the experience was the opposite.
While the product might be good, the complete lack of customer service makes it hard to trust the company for future purchases. Very disappointed.
