C’é stato un problema con il corriere per un ordine effettuato, si sono comportati magistralmente. Nonostante non fosse colpa loro si sono premuniti subito di rispedirmi l’acquisto effettuato con anche un piccolo regalo per scusarsi.

Oil leaks out
The product is good, but the container does not close well and the oil leaks out when it is tilted or transported.
After my review, Enecta is trying to solve this issue, what means that they care about customer satisfaction. I have updated my review from 2 to 4 stars.

A időben történő kiszállítás jó reklám, ha több hetet késik, az nagyon rossz reklám!!!!
Sajnos még mindig nem kaptam meg a termékeket! 2024.10.09-én rendeltem, eltelt 12 nap? Önök szerint ez elfogadható? A javaslatom váltsanak a termékek kiszállításához alkalmas partnert!

Szia Zsuzsanna, köszönjük, hogy megosztotta visszajelzését. Megértjük, hogy mennyire fontos az időben történő szállítás, és igyekszünk megfelelni az általunk támasztott elvárásoknak. Szeretnénk azonban tisztázni néhány dolgot a megrendelésével kapcsolatban.
Ahogyan a weboldalunkon is szerepel, a Magyarországra történő szállítás általában 5 munkanapot vesz igénybe, és meg tudjuk erősíteni, hogy a csomagja ezen az időn belül megérkezett Magyarországra. Észrevettük azonban, hogy a szállítási címben frissítések történtek, ami a végső kézbesítésben némi késést okozott. Ezenkívül az Ön tartózkodási helye nem rendelkezik napi szállítással, ami befolyásolja a kézbesítés sebességét a folyamat utolsó szakaszában.
Olyan megbízható logisztikai partnerekkel dolgozunk együtt, mint a UPS és a DHL, amelyek vezető szerepet töltenek be az iparágban.

Bought the sleep candies wth Melatonin in Rhodes on holiday. Changed my life. Reinvigorated me as haven't had 6-8 hrs sleep + in 30 yrs...my energy levels have been recharged. Have just purchased another 2 x 60 and will keep doing so u til they stop working
